US Coast Guard Member Breaking Virginia Laws Round 5

So now the threats continue to come in over the video and it is Scott's friends that are making them. One has identified himself as a member of the Coast Guard who has made the latest threat. It also seems that the command over at the Coast Guard could care less. So we have submitted a new round of complaints including up to Congressman Rob Wittman's office and have sent the story now to some of the national news papers. Let's see if the story has any national interest.
