   Creative Commons License
Bacon's Rebellion Ad by Chuck Thompson of TTC Media is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 United States License.
Based on a work at http://www.GloucesterCounty-VA.com.
Permissions beyond the scope of this license may be available at http://www.GloucesterCounty-VA.com.
This is the actual Creative Commons license.  It's for the United States only.  This license covers the following source files.  One Microsoft Office Word doc., that contains the entire ad and one Open Office Writer odt file that contains the same file.

These are the following conditions for using the source files and participating in the ad campaign.  The ad campaign is free for any and all Gloucester, Virginia businesses.  You may change the font color and style.  You may change the background color of the document.  You may import and add in one or more images into the open space provided, in order to advertise your business.  You may add in text into the open space provided in the source file to explain your business to potential customers/clients.

Again, these source files are governed by the above Creative Commons license along with our additional terms and conditions.

This is an example of what a finished ad looks like.  Once you have completed your piece, you are free to print and distribute the ad piece in any way you see fit.  Printing costs usually run at about 15 to 20 cents per page.  One idea would be to change the text font color as well as the background color into something more visual and take the ad to the Gloucester Mathews Gazette Journal and have them print out a few posters of your new ad piece and hang the new ads in a visible space for your customers to see.

Printing of a poster, last we knew was only at about $1.00 each.

Now about the free e-book.  Bacon's Rebellion 1676.  This is what the book looks like.

No British Surrender In Yorktowwn During First American Revolution

American Revolution" target="_blank">No British Surrender At Yorktown During First American Revolution from Chuck Thompson

There was no British surrender in Yorktown during the first American Revolution.  The statement is correct when you take into account that the first American Revolution was held one hundred years before what most people consider the first actual American Revolution.  Bacon's Rebellion is often referred to as the first American Revolution and occurred in 1676 lead by Nathaniel Bacon.  This is the newest theme behind our free advertising tools for Gloucester, Virginia businesses.  The tools and source files are all free and it is free for any and every business in Gloucester County to use.

Above is a sample of what a sponsored ad looks like.  We have opened up a larger area for local businesses on this piece.  Businesses can import into the source file documents, photos of their business and there is plenty of room for text to explain and promote your business.  The ad also promises a free e-book download when you visit the sponsor's web site.  We are hosting the download and all any business has to do is just import the download link into their own site so that anyone visiting their site can get the free e-book.

The e-book is the history behind Bacon's Rebellion.
