You Do Not Need A Driver's License For The Average Man or Woman

Here is yet another must watch video, showing that the average man or woman, does not need to have or posses a driver's license to travel down the road or highway.  That means when you get a ticket, they are robbing you at gunpoint.  That also means that the judges are also robbing you at gunpoint.  You need to be armed with the knowledge on how to stop these criminals from infringing on your rights.

If you do not exercise your rights, then you have none.  So you must know and exercise them in order to actually have them.  Watch this video and understand it to the fullest.  Research the information.  We have been researching this for some time and now we are sharing as much as we can to help you protect yourself.

This video shows you a number of illegal statutes that are in the what are called law books?  So called laws that you may be violating?  Codes, statutes and or ordinances are strictly the color of law and not actual law.  But they rob you with very nasty tricks they created for you to purposely not understand.  This is by design.

Now the word is getting out.  You can legally ignore these statutes, codes and or ordinances with impunity according to the laws of the united states Constitution of America.  We will cover that in the future.  The criminals are wearing uniforms and or robs or suits.  They claim to be upholding the law, yet they violate it at every level.  And they wonder why we no longer trust any of them?  Really?

Let's be fair.  There are some very decent people locked into this criminal system being used against us.  They are being forced to do their jobs in order to keep food on their own tables and roofs over their heads and their families.  They know what they are doing is wrong and try to do what they can to protect people.  But there are others who only view you as chattle and they want to take everything they can from you.

If you are facing a traffic ticket and think you cannot defend yourself, you must realize that you can.  Everything you need is right here.  If you are saying to yourself that someone should do something about all of this, then why not be that somebody?  You be the somebody to do something about it.  We are fighting this everyday.  We can't be the only ones doing so.  The more people who fight these folks, the better we will all be.  We are all fighting for our rights.  If we do not stand up for our rights, then we have none.  You surrender them by your own inaction.  That means you can only blame yourself for the loss of your rights.

Are you willing to keep paying these folks for crimes you have not committed but they have?  They are committing the crimes against you and you are letting them?  You deserve no rights if that is the case.

This of course is not legal advice.  If you want legal advice, you must contact a British Bar attorney who unlawfully practices a franchise within the borders of the united states of America against the laws of the united states Constitution and the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Virginia.  You are then free to pay them for advice that will not work in your favor for the most part.  You are then free to have that attorney cut some form of deal on your behalf that will not help you in most cases.  But at least you think you have gotten the best deal you could get.  Good luck with that.

Two wanted for attempted robbery of Gloucester tobacco shop

February 4, 2014, by Holly Henry

Gloucester, Va. – Two men are wanted in the attempted robbery of a local tobacco shop, according to the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office.
On February 2, 2014 at 10:08 p.m., the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 2000 block of George Washington Memorial Highway in reference to an attempted robbery of High Tyde Trading & Tobacco.
The victim, who works at the store, indicated that two males entered the business and demanded money. One of the suspects implied that he had a weapon, however, officials say there was no weapon produced.
The suspects in this case are described as a white male approximately 5’7 with a heavier build, wearing a ski mask and black or dark clothing, and shoulder length hair. The other suspect is described as a black male with a slender build, approximately 5’10, wearing a ski mask and black or dark clothing.
A struggle ensued between one of the suspects and the clerk, while the other suspect attempted to remove the cash register from the store.
The clerk was able to successfully retain the cash register and no property was said to have been removed by the suspects, officials say.
The suspects ran away towards a nearby 7-Eleven store, and were no longer in the area once law enforcement arrived.
The Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office is asking for assistance in identifying the two suspects in this case. Anyone with information about this case is asked to call the Peninsula Crime Stoppers at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP or the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office.

Gloucester, VA Board of Supervisors Consider Ordinance To Cheat The IRS?

Gloucester, Virginia:  The Board of Supervisors to consider changes to it's local ordinance that has not been in compliance with state code is now being considered for change.  The wording still does not reflect state code which would mean in our book, a violation to the Dillon Rule and further seeks to sell guns, under certain circumstances, for one dollar each.

Now on the one hand to be as fair as possible on the one dollar gun sale, we can go along with it under proper considerations.  According to the new ordinance being considered, a Sheriff's deputy can buy his firearm from the county, after 20 years of service, and upon retirement from service, for one dollar.  If a deputy retires before 20 years of service, and after 15 years of service according to the new ordinance, the deputy can buy the gun at fair market value.

Here is where there is a real problem with the 20 year plan.  It's at taxpayer expense.  Now, if the gun, after 20 years of service, is at a fair market value of let's say $250.00, that is a loss of $249.00 per person, who retires, to the taxpayers.  Now if the ordinance took into consideration the tax ramifications of this ordinance, then wording should have been put into the documents being considered that the one dollar purchase consideration is with the note that the remaining balance of the the fair market value will be added to the compensation  of the retiring officer for tax purposes.

In other words, no free rides.  We are not looking to take anything away from anyone who has committed a life to law enforcement.  There are plenty of deserving law enforcement officers that should get a fair break.  The tax compensation liability is still more than fair and much less than paying fair market value and is still fair to all taxpayers.  Under present consideration however, the county has the documents that fail to take this aspect into consideration which to us is cheating the taxpayers not only of the county, but the state and at the federal level as well.  It's still compensation and must be factored in.  The ordinance as it is worded is a free ride and cheats everyone.

Further, state code does not recognize Animal Control as deserving any considerations for the purchase of handguns at anytime from what we have read.  Even if the county allows it with this ordinance change, it has become to late for ex Animal Control officer, Carl Shipley, to fall into the new ordinance to purchase his handgun.  Is the Board of Supervisors going to go out violating more state codes and potentially cheating the taxpayers and the state along with the IRS?  This Tuesday's board meeting will be a very telling tale.

Also, how could county attorney, Twitching Ted (I'm Not An Attorney) Wilmot, the court jester, write this kind of dribble without showing proof that Animal Control should even be considered?  And is the board going to buy this dribble without proof of such?

Below is the documentation from the county on all of this.  Because we can't make this stuff up.

County Attorney To Prosecute County Employees For Abuse?

Will Gloucester County Attorney, Twitching Ted, (I'm Not An Attorney), Wilmot, the court jester, prosecute the local employee's recently seen violating Virginia code?  All the government trucks seen at the windows and parking lot's of Hardee's restaurant drive through windows?

As an officer of the courts, it would seem as though Twitching Ted would have a duty to file charges against these folks and see to full prosecution against them.  After all, isn't it his job to protect the county and protect against waste, fraud and abuse?  How could he personally ignore this?  If he does not do this, is he violating his own office?

These are tough questions we have to ask.  After all, as a county resident, it would seem that he also has an interest in ensuring that his tax dollars are not being wasted.  That would only seem fair, no?

Send Twitch an email and ask him what his intentions are;

ewilmot@gloucesterva.info

It would not be right for him not to go after this.  If it were not for Hardee's, some Gloucester County government employee's would never eat.

Gloucester County sheriff’s deputies have arrested two teens in connection to multiple crimes in the Gloucester County area.
According to Capt. Ryan Cookson with the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office, Holden Michael Patrick, 18, and Aaron Sekou Starks, 18, both of Gloucester, are facing several charges stemming from crimes dating back to July.
On Aug. 20,  deputies responded to the Powhatan Chimney subdivision for a report of two people that seemed to be trying to break into vehicles. At the same time, deputies received a call for a burglary in the 6700 block of Powhatan Drive. A vehicle was said to have been stolen from the home.
Cookson said the stolen vehicle was located on the York County side of the Coleman Bridge and a pursuit ensued with York County deputies. The vehicle was later stopped behind Yorktown Middle School, where three suspects ran.
Patrick was apprehended by the York County Sheriff’s Office and the stolen vehicle was recovered.
Further investigation revealed Starks as a second suspect and both Starks and Patrick were linked to the following crimes, according to deputies:

Gloucester, VA Sheriff's Race - Two Candidates Now On The Ballet

Republican Party (United States)
Republican Party (United States) (Photo credit: Wikipedia)
Clarence Bowser and Darrell Warren are the two candidates now seeking election this fall for the Sheriff's position.  Clarence Bowser is running as an independent and Darrell Warren is running under the Republican platform.  There are no other challengers to Darrell Warren from inside the Sheriff's Office this time although Clarence Bowser is an ex sheriff's deputy from the Gloucester County Sheriff's Office.

This is not the first time Clarence Bowser has run for this position but he gets very little local press compared to other candidates in past campaigns.  Clarence has written a book and it is available on Amazon.  The name of that book is Penalty of Justice: The Pro Se.  CLICK HERE to see the title on Amazon.  You can also read a good section of the book to get a feel for it right on the Amazon site.

A section above seems to have a misspelled word after star which should read medal.  In the opening is a misused word, tricky should read trickery.  The above is re printed under fair use laws for this news story.
