York River Yacht Haven is a full-service destination marina located near the mouth of the York River on the lower Chesapeake Bay, only miles from the ICW in Sarah’s Creek.
The 14-acre site is in a natural “hurricane hole”, storm protected from every quadrant, making it a very sought-after home for some of the finest yachts in the Chesapeake Bay. The marina includes 325 covered and open slips, boatyard, restaurant, ship’s store, pool, and a marine and boat repair facility.

Mr. Martin Lucas has been chosen to lead the property as General Manager. Martin has decades of yachting and marina management experience and has most recently served as the Director of Customer service for an internationally acclaimed marina company. Martin will be supported by the talented York River Yacht Haven team that has worked diligently to serve their customers’ needs.
Suntex Partners have owned and operated 31 marina properties and are very excited about adding York River Yacht Haven Marina to our current portfolio of 17 marinas in Texas, Georgia, Florida, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, Iowa and St. Maarten. Gloucester Main Street, New Web Site Now Up

Gloucester Main Street Village, a new web site has gone up today.  http://gloucestermainstreet.blog.com/ and is one of our new sites.  We put this site up to show everyone the other side of the Gloucester Main Street Village that neither Gloucester County officials want to show nor the Gloucester Main Street Association wants to promote.  There are two sides to every story and we decided that it was time to show the second side of that story.  This is just one of many Gloucester, VA sites we are now putting up.  We think it's only fair to now flood the search engines with sites and pages as the Gloucester County government site has been flooding the search engines with pages in order to knock down any negative information that may show up against the county.

Two can play the game.  We are now developing a complete series of sites on various hosts and all with links back to this main site.  The objective is to get the information back into the hands of the people and stop the county from flooding the search engines.  It's a cat and mouse game.  These sites will also bring a lot more information into the hands of everyone and will now expand on various subject matters in greater detail.  So everyone will win and the county will have to spend a greater deal of time and your tax dollars trying to knock down all the flooding that will be coming.  Enjoy.

Synthetic Drug Legislation In Virginia - What Is Legal And What Isn't

From Bath-Salts-Direct.com

Virginia legislation

GENERAL RULES:
The controlled substances in question are typically banned or scheduled on a case-by-case basis as the governments catch up with what the latest substance being used is. However, there can be complications with analog drug acts that are in force on the federal level and several states. The Federal Analog Act is a law that has serious concerns with its vague language along with the serious weakness of being limited to banning substances intended for "internal use".
Typically, there is no law for a specific license to sell bath salts, plant feeders, incense, or potpourri among the states. These goods are too prolific for effective enforcement of licenses. The common practice is to ban the substances in the goods. These can be identified by chemical tests and is a lot less burdensome than asking every general goods store to have a license for a handful of products.

Store Selling Amped Replacement - Law Enforcement Officials Investigating It

The store where this video was taken is at the 7-11 location by Peace Frogs on Route 14 off of route 17 bypass.  The reporter was unfair in this video.  She knew the guy was not a doctor or any other type of professional, neither was she.  So who is she to even ask?  She is a reporter but not an attorney.  Why is she asking him legal questions?  Not so nice when the shoe is on the other foot is it.

We do not agree with the sales of synthetic drugs.  No one knows the long term effects of these new chemicals and the short term effects are already showing a lot of disastrous effects.  What no one seems to realize is that each time a chemical is identified and then outlawed, these labs are already 20 steps ahead of the game and have numerous new products to launch to take the place of the old ones just outlawed.  It's a fools game.  All the stores get lists of what is about to be outlawed and when so that they can pull the stuff off the shelves and re stock with the new legal chemicals.

The money involved here is to high for the stores to even consider closing.   Talk about a waste of time for law enforcement.  Legalize the real stuff, regulate it and tax it.  Keep job restrictions and driving restrictions in place and then there will be much less problems.

Here is more of the story.

Melanie Woodrow

GLOUCESTER, Va. (WAVY) - Just days after a new law went into effect banning certain synthetic substances such as spice, bath salts and Amped , 10 On Your Side wanted to know if stores had removed the substances from their shelves.

In May, 10 On Your Side told you about Amped exuberance powder. A former user said snorting Amped made her lose her mind.

"To want to actually physically kill someone I've never been that way towards my mom we've always been best friends and she didn't know who I was and I didn't know who I was," said  user who did not want to be identified.

Gloucester officials say they are investigating a new product called Blast Off which is replacing Amped. At least one person selling it says it's a party powder that will give you energy.

One store employee willing to tell us all about Blast Off claimed it's organic. He said he couldn't show us any because it was sold out.

"Blast Off would actually be a blessing to some of these people because it's sort of weaning them off that bath salt Amped thing," a Gloucester store employee selling it said.

The employee called Blast Off a 'party powder.'
