What Is The Militia And How Can It Save Our 2nd Amendment Rights?

What is the Militia and how can it save our 2nd Amendment rights?  The militia folks is a Constitutionally authorized part of "We The People", and the power and or force behind "We The People", in regards to our government.  It is meant to be our first line of home defense.  When I say home defense it includes your actual household and all members therein, but is meant to include local communities and even our state which we live in.

  There are 4 militia clauses found in the United States Constitution as well as in just about every state constitution.  Right now, main stream media either through ignorance or an act of the poison pen and propaganda is working overtime to discredit the militia by calling Anarchists and or paramilitary operations militias.  There is very clearly some serious differences here.  Militias properly structured and run according to the laws of these United States and each of the several states is fully legal and or lawful.  Paramilitary organizations follow whatever laws they create or no laws at all.  The militia is not about violence.  It is about defending against violence and unlawful disorder.  So let's stop confusing the two.  They look similar until you break them down and look at the structure.

  The militia upholds the Constitution and the common law.  It protects and is the power behind "We The People".  It's members who decide to register as active unorganized militia, will be working with the local sheriff's offices throughout the nation.  Paramilitary are not structured like that.  To put it simply, "We The People are the authority of a Constitutional Government.  The Militia, composed of "We The People" are the power or force behind that authority.  It's government by consent as it should be.  It's what we have failed to uphold and let slip away over the past 175 years.  It's time to bring it back.  Militias are forming throughout the Commonwealth and there are other militias that have already been here.  There are also paramilitary organizations throughout the Commonwealth and more of them forming as well.  You will want to know the difference. 

  A new organization known as the National Militia Alliance has been formed and is partnered with the National Liberty Alliance to help folks either create or become members of local militias throughout the Commonwealth as well as throughout the nation.  The NMA is not in charge of any militia in any area but instead is a central location to help people receive the proper training, education, communications and networking needed to be in compliance with the Constitution of these United States of America and of each state.  There is no fee to register or for most of the education, training communications or assistance in starting or becoming members of the militia in any area of these United States of America.

Gloucester County, Va. Is Now A 2nd Amendment Sanctuary

On December 3, 2019, the Gloucester County Board of Supervisors, after some grandstanded for the cameras and crowd, voted Unanimously to add the County to the ever-growing list of 2^nd Amendment Sanctuaries in Virginia and across the nation.

Several hundred people filled the Old Courthouse and Court Circle, with some speaking mostly in favor of protecting our 2^nd Amendment Rights.

Gloucester’s Resolution to become a 2^nd Amendment Sanctuary, like most other Resolutions in other places, is more symbolic than defiant of Un-Constitutional infringements of the People’s rights. Hopefully symbolism will be enough to peacefully curtail the intentions of the Democrats now in control of our beloved Commonwealth.

Not only do they intend to pass Un-Constitutional gun laws, they also fully intend to ease voter requirements by not requiring identification to vote, allow non-citizens to vote and other such Un-Constitutional measures.

They also intend to flood Virginia with more so-called refugees. In fact, our DemonRat Governor sent a letter to Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, asking that more refugees be sent to Virginia to settle.

We The People must peacefully standup against the tyranny our Democratic controlled government intends to inflict upon us. The only way to do this is through numbers. Millions of people who are currently standing up against the infringement of our 2^nd Amendment Rights typically do not vote. However, they are standing up to defend our Constitutional Rights. When those numbers are added to the voters who support our Constitution, it is a huge statement. The momentum gathered in the 2^nd Amendment Sanctuary movement should also be used to stop some of the Democrat’s other Un-Constitutional intentions. It should also be used to encourage non-voters to become voters.

Gloucester Board Of Supervisors To Consider 2nd Ammendment Rights

BORROWED FROM MARK THOMPSON - "I've just been told in the Pol group, that the agenda (will be confirmed next week) for the December 3rd Gloucester County BOS meeting, will contain a resolution for our county to declare itself a second amendment sanctuary.

All those who care about their rights to keep and carry their legally owned firearms should attend and make their position known.

Between the armed robbery at the point today, and the draconian bills that were pre-filed today in the VA General Assembly, this is an important issue to us in our county.

Inform yourself using the VA LIS, and please plan to attend if you have something to say. The bills are self-explanatory. As written, the "assault weapons ban" reclassifies nearly every commonly owned defensive handgun as an assault weapon, and bans either the firearm, the magazines for it, or both.

This is nothing more than an assault on law abiding gun owners, and chp holders who purchased and have carried their arms legally for years. This bill in particular does absolutely nothing for "safety" and is punishment, for those who do not agree with, or have a different culture than those who now hold the gavel in Richmond.

Be there. Let your voice be heard. Stand in defiance of assault on the constitution of VA, the US, and on law abiding good people.

Violet’s Rant; Brainwashing Your Rights Away

Welcome to the "Mansonian Era". That's right, you heard it here first. Now, I realize the pimple poppers have no clue what that means but I know there are an older generation who know exactly what I am talking about. For those of you who do ...

Bear with me and let me take a minute to explain to the helplessly uneducated. Don’t blame them, they had teachers who told them they shouldn't eat meat because it killed animals and that they should concentrate more on the ozone than the security of their country. They have no idea that their troubles are much greater than what color the grass is or their skin for that matter. Yup, they've had their heads placed in the clouds and they can’t see the sky for the puffy stuff in their heads.

On August 19th, 1969. Sharon Tate was killed by a group of brain washed followers of a man named Charles Manson. Sharon was a rising star, who ironically starred in the movie, "The Eye of the Devil" (1966) where she played a satanic role in a devil worshiping ritual. And she later starred in the very popular movie, "The Valley of the Dolls" (1967) where she chooses to kill herself due to the father of her child’s mental illness (and breast cancer which made her think her baby daddy would no longer want her)......

Sadly, she lived these terrors in real life. When a group of young adults entered her home and created a "Helter Skelter" that shocked and horrified America. But Sharon is not the subject she is the tragedy of brain washed individuals.

Manson, a young man who spent most of his young life in "Boys schools" after his mother went to prison for armed robbery, lived a life of crime, (i.e., car theft, armed robberies and various others.)

He eventually ended up on the streets of San Francisco (Imagine that) as a male prostitute and began to form a "family" of followers. Keep in mind some of these were college educated youngsters who allowed outside interference to mess their heads up with the obsession of killing because someone told them to and let's not forget the psychedelics they used, LSD, heroin, cocaine, often times combined. To make a long story short. Sharon Tate was found by her maid murdered, stabbed to death, along with the child she carried fathered by the famous producer Roman Polanski, the heiress to Folgers coffee, Abigail Fulger as well as two others, and only one survivor who was not in the home. You can do more research on the net but this isn't a book.....

It has been said that Manson had control over their minds.....he was the threat they said... the beginning of blaming someone else for one’s wrong doings. They were all convicted and justifiably so.

There...., that's an overview.

Fast forward to today's youngsters..... it's a sad fact that they are either being brainwashed that they won't survive unless they save the ozone...... whales live, the Siberian tigers live, and elephant tusks are more important than human babies’ lives. And they even offer life termination at no cost. They are being brainwashed into believing they were born without a gender and guess what? Parents who stopped guiding our children are responsible for that. They allowed Hilary’s village to raise them and never injected themselves enough to hear what was being inserted into their gullible minds. Frighteningly enough, before too long everyone will know just how detrimental that was.

Teachers and parents, aren't telling our children what price was paid for, how men sacrificed their lives.... so that they can have their freedoms to cry about anything and everything. No, they are more concerned with which bathroom to use and what gender they are.

Yes, the Mansonian Era is here folks, our young adults have been brainwashed with opinions and mind-altering drugs that make them addicts and our government is loving it. With their attention diverted on things that will not keep America safe, they can now proceed to manipulate them and eventually control them. Young people and some despicable mentors think American workers can afford the 52 trillion-dollar costs of free insurance and our economy will remain strong. A sure sign they didn't learn arithmetic; thanks to calculators in class they never figured out simple math, I guess. They don't know which bathroom to use, which certainly displays Sex- Ed failed them miserably. They use abbreviations for words, and few know how to write in cursive. There goes reading and writing out the window.... And lastly and certainly most importantly, they will soon lose the very rights that allowed them to cry for more, more more.... the democrats are slowly stealing our rights.... censoring social media, telling us our faith is all wrong and the Bible is just a book. Dispute this if you like...... but if Twitter can agree to censor our Presidents tweets, you have a big wakeup call coming if you don’t think your next. Finally, that second amendment right that is so 'scary' to the young liberals....is the only thing that protects us from the bad guy.....oh...., and just in case they failed to teach you government in Class....that amendment was designed to protect you from a government take over. That’s right. You surrender that right.... you surrender all of the others, let's just call it the domino effect.

Yes people, we are now entering the Mansonian Era and if you aren't brainwashed, you're a threat.

Let that sink in.

"And The Band Played On." Watching The USA Fade Away.

For over 200 Years Americans have lived in a country that was free and respected. We fought with ourselves and other countries with some even leading to war. Our political process used to work. People were elected into positions to help their constituents and the American people as a whole. We looked up to men and women and honored them with statues and memorials throughout this great nation. WOW, sounds like an awesome place, right? It used to be, or at least I think so.

I remember as a child my mother using a small real to real tape recorder to memorialize speeches by great men like, John F Kennedy, Dr. Martin Luther King and news events from the television so we as children could learn great things from these people of honor, integrity and respect. We idolized these people then and some still do today. Civil Rights and leadership pushing the American people to reach for the stars was not a dream but a reality. We put men on the moon, we stopped segregation and realized that we are one. One in the same; Americans.

Today I sit here after I have watched, for at least the past 10 or so years, our own government representatives, at all levels of Government, take great efforts to destroy the very country we all claim to love. Corruption without action, decisions that are made against the will of the people, violating the basic fundamental rights guaranteed to us under the Constitution and dirty money changing hands as fast as the front runner in a NASCAR race.

I watched today the very political process that is sworn to protect us, used to systematically dismantle the infrastructure of our Republic that has been the cornerstone for over 200 years. All in the name of democracy/socialism. It sickens me that we have become this, allowing politicians that are supposed to serve the people who elected them to office only to watch then get rich by the people they swore to fight to become elected. This is at all levels of Government, from our school boards, count and city governments, state governments and our top offices within the Federal Government. Yet, we sit by and let it happen.

We have the right to vote but less than 20% vote in elections and if the weather is bad even less. Do we need a history lesson, our Constitution starts off with “We the People” the government belongs to all of us? Yet, we can’t make time to see our family or watch your child’s school game or play. Have we all become this uncaring about life and our country? This truly sickens me knowing that we have a Congress spending millions of our tax dollars on a witch hunt over a phone call. Yet, we have people walking the streets from past administrations that have committed sedition and treason against our country, and we don’t want to vote or be bothered.

I am starting the feel like I am on the Titanic, we are going down, while the band played on. People we are losing our country, our freedoms, and allowing good people to go down. We used to fight for what we believed in, what we stood for, we died for in the past, and millions of people lost their lives over this concept and “The Band Plays On”. We spend money we don’t have and raise taxes and “The Band Plays On” we sit in our homes watching television while the government sworn to protect us plan to take away our rights and “The Band Played On”.

People, you don’t have to like me, you don’t have to support me. All I ask is look at what is happening right in front of us. Before this band that is playing, finishes.

America Is Waking Up….... Now is the time for "We The People" to take action.

Freedom; a word that is the foundation of a republic founded by our forefathers over 230 years ago and while the United States is not the only country in the world with freedom we as Americans celebrate and cherish this privilege every day and sorrowfully a lot of people overlook the freedom that we have. Along with freedom also comes the word respect because our republic’s constitution was written on compromise and respect.

Over the years we had our battles within our country regarding tyranny, slavery, racial and civil rights and these disagreements were bloody and long, but we worked through the issues only after thousands of people died fighting for what they thought was right. Whether the tyranny of King George or the tyranny of the northern armies during the War Between the States, people died fighting for a cause, unity and respect and while minorities such as the Irish, the Asians or the Africans were not treated fairly for many years they have taken steps forward in equality.

In the past 10 – 15 years a new battle has reappeared to the front stage of our country and the world. We are fighting another war not with guns and close combat (yet) but in the political arena of county, state and federal governments. Republicans and Democrats are at odds at all levels of government spending the people’s money and making decisions that are not in the best interest of the people, the same people that these politicians are supposed to be working for and representing. People are protesting in the chambers of congress and the senate and in some cases these protests are violent and the appalling matter that disturbs me is the amount of lies being fabricated to justify the agenda of their political party. Totally sickening that we as a respected people on the world stage that our elected officials have stooped to such low levels, demonstrating how corrupt we as a nation have become and we as the people are allowing this to happen.

Today we argue about our President and while the Democrats deny his election they must recognize that he is our President. Our elected officials are charged with making decisions for the good of the people and not for the good of the vote or their political career. While due diligence must be exercised when confirming appointed positions, the people demand that the Constitution drafted and adopted by our forefathers, be followed and not used as a guideline. We the people deserve better and we the people demand that people start acting responsibly and while just saying this is not going to make it happen we the people must demand equal and fair treatment under the law and we need to make a statement to the governing body that treason, perjury and intentional defamation will not be tolerated and needs to be punished to the fullest extent of the law, setting an example that these activities will no longer be tolerated by the people.

In November mid-term election are going to take place and a swing of power could take place and while I am not suggesting or endorsing any one particular party or position, but I encourage everyone reading this to research the candidates and their platforms. America is waking up to all the corruption and scandals in Washington, Richmond and Gloucester. We the People need to stand together and forget white, black and racial differences because if they divide us as a people they have conquered us as a people, we will lose our rights, freedom and respect, not only on the world stage but with each other. It is time for America to wake up the sleeping beast that we are and strengthen our country, state and county. It is time for America to wake up, are you ready?

Real Estate Tax Email To The Gloucester, Va. Board Of Supervisors

Hello Readers. The following is an email that was sent to our Board of Supervisors about the County Administrator's proposed real estate tax increases. Subject: Tax Increases

Greetings Board Members:

Before taxes are raised again, our local government should make the following changes:

1) Consolidate our local government and public school system departments. This one action will result in over a $1 million reduction in yearly operating costs.

2) Eliminate the County’s department of community engagement and return all functions to social services, information technology, county administration, the school system and the various nongovernmental organizations the department facilitates. This action will save the taxpayers close to $400,000 per year.

3) Build our own libraries and health department space so the taxpayers can stop renting them. Owning our health department space will also result in an $80,000 yearly revenue stream from rent payments received from the state. All together this move will result in a yearly savings of around $210,000 and create $50,000 or so in additional revenue after expenses. A new main library should be built on the new Page Middle School property where you are intending to build a new transportation facility. The Hayes library should be closed until space can be purchased or constructed. All funds currently dedicated to the Hayes library should be utilized to break the 20 year lease and to accumulate in a dedicated fund to build or purchase the necessary space. A new health department space should be built or purchased in the business park near the free clinic and Sentara buildings. The health department rent revenue from the state would eventually pay to buy or build this space.  

4) Limit the number of full time animal control employees to two, redirect animal control response calls through the Sheriff’s department dispatcher and cease all patrolling by animal control employees. This will result in a savings of well over $100,000 annually.

The changes we have outlined will result in a combined savings of around $1.7 million per year and create an $80,000 revenue stream.
