Johnny Liberty: The Real State of The Union Address

If you think this video is long, wait til you try and read the book that goes along with this.  If you want to truly understand the real state of the Union as it presently stands, you have a lot of work ahead of you.  The good news is that most of the work has already been done for you.  You do not have to do all the footwork research, but you are free to verify all of it.  What you need to do is spend the time reading and watching the above video.

  The video above is not even starting to touch on what the book contains.  The book is a long read, fascinating, infuriating and inspiring all under one cover.  It not only explains the issues, it also explains the solutions.  We are not left high and dry like most everyone else likes to leave you with just complaints.

  Solutions to the issues are given throughout the book but do not start until you have a very strong understanding of the issues.  Why should you care?  Because you have already been a victim to massive abuses and may not even be aware of just how badly you have been victimized.  There is not one person in the United States that has not been victimized by very serious abuses put forth by the system.

It's all here.  The question is do you have the guts to learn the real deal?  Can you stomach how bad it all really is?  Are you willing to do something to reclaim your rights?  If you are not willing to do anything to protect and or reclaim you true rights, then don't even bother with any area of this post.  It is not for wimps.

  If you would rather watch TV and live in your own little world of bliss, by all means, that is fine.  The world is demanding slaves just like you and you fit that bill to a tee.  If on the other hand, you have the guts to stand up and say no, you are not going to take the abuses anymore, then you have found the right place to start your journey to self governance and true freedom.  It is just a matter of reclaiming it, but you better know all the angles worked out against you designed to defeat you even when you do reclaim your natural rights.

  You need to be prepared to defend your new found freedom and how to properly use that freedom and for the benefit of not only yourself, but for others as well.  We wish you either a happy journey or a happy sleep.

Mike Winebarger: Those People Comment

Mike Winebarger: "Those People" statement.  Please, by all means Mr Winebarger, who are "Those People"?  Are "Those People" the ones who pay taxes?  Are "Those People", the one's who elected you?  Are "Those People" somehow beneath you?  Who are "Those People"?  You were clearly pointing out away from you.

  Are "Those People" irritating to you?  Are "Those People" below your station?  What exactly was your point there Mr Winebarger?  Are "WE THE PEOPLE" offensive to your person now that you are a government persona?  We want to know.  Who are you referring to?

Gloucester, Virginia Zoning For Horses: None By Federal Law

Now here is a very interesting case that was brought up before the Board of Supervisors and we just covered this issue in an earlier post tonight, but the issue involves zoning for horses in Gloucester County.  Well zoning only applies to county owned land.  Not to anyone with a farm, business, or personal use.  The county has no legal say whatsoever in this matter, yet, are trying to state that they do.  You have no obligation at any time to ask for permission to do anything here in the county or anywhere in the 48 states of the Union.  (We know there are 50 states, but you better look up some facts on who the Constitution actually applies to).  The claims made by Ted Wilmot simply are not true based on the information below.

Again, let's look at those laws:

"ENFORCEMENT OF CITY/COUNTY CODES PROHIBITED 
California Law prohibits Cities and Counties from enforcing City or County Codes and Ordinances upon property that is not OWNED by the City or County even if the property is within City limits.

California Penal Code: Chapter 5b CITATIONS FOR VIOLATIONS OF COUNTY, CITY, OR CITY AND COUNTY ORDINANCES Sections 853.1through 853.4 was repealed in 1967.

The Supreme Court ruled that Municipalities cannot exert any acts of ownership and control over property that is not OWNED by them, see Palazzolo v. Rhode Island 533 US 606, 150 L.Ed. 2d 592, 121 S.Ct. ___(2001) (no expiration date on the taking clause for City's illegal enforcement of its Codes on the man's private property and restricting the man's business), affirming both Lucas v South Carolina Coastal Council, 505 US 1003, 120 L.Ed. 2d 798 (1992).(butterfly activists and Code Enforcement cannot restrict development of the man's private swampland unless they lawfully acquire the land FIRST, surveying with binoculars constitutes a "takings"), and Monterey v. Del Monte Dunes, 526 US 687 (1999), 143 L.Ed. 2d 882 S.Ct.____ (1998).

In the Monterey case, the California private property owner was awarded $8 million for Code Enforcement's illegal trespass and restriction of his business, and another $1.45 million for the aggravation of a forced sale.

Federal Law also prohibits Cities and Counties from issuing citations against businesses, see Title 18 U.S.C.891-896, quoting Section 891 "An extortionate means is any means which involves the use, or an express or implicit threat of use, of violence or other criminal means to cause harm to the person, reputation, or property."

Black's Law Dictionary 5 th Edition (page 1140): Recaption. At Common Law, a retaking or taking back. 

Now even though California law is cited here, it is applicable throughout all 48 contiguous states of the union.  Ted Wilmot does not know the law?  Whomever brought the charges against these people should be sued to no end.  Each county employee involved should be sued as a private individual as well as the county in our opinion.  Again, the audacity of these folks is unreal.   Please note the amount the man sued for and won.  The county needs to be taken to task on this outrageous invasion of the people the county brought to court.  The massive invasion of their rights is unconscionable.

  Now what is truly sad is the fact that the people who are in court over this, their own attorney does not even know this nor tried to look it up.  What does that say about their own legal council?  You need to hire an attorney why?  Ever?  Good luck with that.

But as we like to state, none of this should ever be construed as legal advice.  You can only get legal advice from a Franchised Bar attorney which we have not bought into the Bar franchise nor are we even interested in doing so.  So for franchised legal advice, please see a franchised legal consultant known as an attorney.  We only discuss lawful concepts which everyone has a right to do as that right is inherent and unalienable.  No license required.  In fact, in the Commonwealth of Virginia, it's the people who make the laws, not the government.  If you question that, please see the Commonwealth Constitution.  

  Those codes that the legislature churns out is only the color of law.  If it were law, it would say it was law.  Instead, they are statutes, codes and or ordinances.  That is not law.  Those codes, ordinances and or statutes really do not apply to you.  They apply to a person.  Who is a person?  An actor who wears a mask.  

  Who are the true actors?  Government employees.  Most folks are wrongfully charged and do not even know it and get thrown in jail, prison, or charged with crimes they did not actually commit.  And you thought maybe something was wrong with the system?  Yes there is.

How To Beg for Money From Your Local Government

In the above Gloucester County section of this video, you get to see how to properly beg for money from the Gloucester County Board of Supervisors.  You send up a pretty woman with that Barby Doll look and you smoke screen the folks with bizarre concepts such as having provided an incredible gift somehow bestowed on the county, such as the space that the county rents from you for one of the public libraries in the area.  (Yes, this is what the folks at the Gloucester Main Street Preservation Trust tell us, the space that the county rents from them was a gift to the county.)

  A gift to the county that we must pay for.  If it were not for government rents at their shopping center, the place would crumble to nothing and these folks have the audacity to tell us they gave us a gift?  But the entire Board of Supervisors buy into this little game anyway.  How foolish they are.  You have to watch the clip to the end and watch the hilarity of two of the board member speaking or should we say, attempting to speak to the issue of the Gloucester Main Street Preservation Trust, begging for taxpayer money.

  Robert, JJ, Orth starts to speak, but is being, what appears, as less than honest.  Listen to his voice.  The lips can lie, but the body cannot.  Mr Orth is stumbling with his words and using um and uh sounds and sounds very dry.  These are key features that would highly suggest that he is being less than honest.

  Next we have John Meyer who has different tells.  He also seems to be less than honest and forthright.  His hand moves towards his mouth as though to say he should not be saying what he is saying.  We agree with that gesture when looking at it all in these terms.

  Now if you will also note, the board never votes to fund the project the Gloucester Main Street Preservation People begged for.  Instead, the board just agrees to give them their begged for plea.  The local paper did such a nice cover up story on all of this.  Why didn't they vote?  Because of the potential for a conflict of interest.  The new chair, Ashley Chriscoe is on the Board of the Gloucester Main Street Preservation Trust and it would be a very clear conflict of interest for him to vote on this matter.  Why didn't he just excuse himself and let the others vote?  Because each one of them could, by reason, of a new election that happened latter that evening, become the next person on the Board for the GMSPT, creating yet another conflict of interest.

  So did this prevent the conflict of interest from occurring?  No.  They all agreed to fund it anyway.  They just did not vote on it.  That is why the uncomfortable little dance.  By the way, giving away money like that is a violation of Constitutional laws.  Thanks.  Each of you took an oath to uphold the US and Commonwealth of Virginia Constitutions and each of you have violated that oath over and over and over again.  And they wonder why people hate the county government so much?  Really?

  Wait until you see some of the other crap these folks pulled in this one meeting.  More to come.

Gloucester, Virginia Board of Supervisors Video With Notes On Law, Jan. 2015

Video from the January 7th, 2015 Board of Supervisors meeting.  This is where the Gloucester Main Street Preservation Trust begged the Board for money and the board approved giving them their pleading.  Your tax dollars now working against you as now that money will be used to get others to beg from the Gloucester Main Street Preservation Trust to give up some of that money to them.

  This is how government and others conspire against the people.  They turn everything into a begging contest.  Let me explain.  In order to be considered, you must submit an application for various benefits.  Let's break that down.  Submit, submission, submissive.  To be under.  You apply to be under.  Hence you are begging.  Bet you never looked at it this way.  What did you think it meant?  Bet you never even thought about it since you are told to beg everyday for pretty much everything.

  Now this money is supposed to be used to generate pre qualified entrepreneurs.  Amazing.  They want people to beg for stuff they already have a right to do.  How is that working for everyone?  It's the same with a business license.  If you already have the right to contract, why do you need a business license?  You don't no matter what they tell you.  Zoning permits?  You already have the right, why are you asking for permission?  When you ask for permission, they have the right to say no or charge you a fortune to tell you yes when you already had the right?

  Your pocket is being picked and you are allowing it to happen to you.  Stop asking for permission for what you already have the right to do.  Those permits and licenses are for them, not for you.  Why are you paying?  Because you did not know any better.  When we challenged the county on all of this, they remained silent.  Why?  Because we already showed them through Federal Law we were right.

We do not have to make any of this up.  Here it is right from the law books.  The county has no right to get involved in your business at any time for any reason.  You may also want to look up Hale vs Henkel, the government does not even have a right to ask you about your business and if they do, you have a right to tell them to go very far away and never come back.

Now let's talk a bit more about government corruption shall we?  If you own a small business and are collecting and paying sales tax, the question that must be asked is why?  Is the county or the state paying you to do this?  If they are not, you have been tricked into doing so thinking it is required.  It is not.  In fact, if they are not paying you to do this, you have a right to sue them.  They are in violation of the 13th amendment of the US Constitution.

"Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction."

  If you are not being paid to collect sales taxes, then what crime have you committed that makes you an involuntary slave to the government?  You can not just stop paying those taxes without penalties because you already agreed to a contract that you didn't understand.  It's called an adhesion contract.  But they will do everything to enforce that illegal contract down your throat.  You have to give them advanced notice that you will no longer be collecting or paying that sales tax.  You can sue them for back payments for your costs of collecting these taxes as well as not giving you full disclosure when they contracted you in their scheme.  Don't you just love the way the government operated these days?

The most recent issue of the York Herald by Phil Bazzani, York District Board of Supervisors for Gloucester County, Virginia.  Get his take on some of the issues or the avoidance thereof.  But most of them try to avoid many of the issues.  They have to or they end up with a great deal of liability.  Not that this is not already an issue anyway.  Just saying anything on the issues ups their liability however and they all know this so they all do everything they can to avoid it.

Constitutional Sheriff's: Does Gloucester Virginia Have One?

The assault on the rights of the people of each state is eroded by the minuet of every day.  Fortunately some of the people have elected Sheriff's who have committed to protecting the rights of their constituents and take that oath very seriously.  There are a number of groups that are working very hard at protecting the rights of the people and for that, we give many thanks.

  Oath keepers is one such group.  Their main site is presently down and a new one being built so for the moment they have a blog on blogspot.com.

This above video is truly amazing and makes one proud that these folks are elected officials of we the people in the state of California.  Imagine what the country would be like if all of our elected officials though this same way?

  We applaud these folks in this video for standing up for the Constitution and the people.  If all of our elected officials would take the time to watch this and then try their best to duplicate the efforts of these folks in the video, what a country this would once again become.

  From what we have heard but have not confirmed, Darrell Warren has refused to take the oath keepers pledge to uphold our Constitution.  If this is true, why?  He had to take an oath of office before starting his position which included swearing to uphold the US Constitution as well as the Commonwealth of Virginia Constitution.  Did he not mean it?  We hope he meant it.  I have had some discussions with Sheriff Warren and he seems like a decent guy.  I have no issues with him based on discussions.  But I would like to know that his department is actually looking out for the people not looking at the people as the problem like so many policing agencies seem to believe.

  Understand your rights and know what they really mean.  Learn everything you can and protect those rights.  Freedom is not free, however, despotism is and there is plenty of it for everyone.  Issue with that is you are the ones that despotism feeds off of.

Gloucester Pawn Shop Theft Video From WAVY 10 News

Gloucester Pawn Shop located at the 4900 block of route 17, George Washington Memorial Highway was robbed a few nights ago by a group of at least 3.  Above is the video from WAVY TV 10 that shows some of the surveillance video of the robbery while it was in progress.

  The Sheriff's department is not claiming to have any leads on this at the present time and is asking for help in solving this crime.  You can report any information yo have on this to the Sheriff's department here in Gloucester or if you are one of the culprits, you are free to turn yourself in.

Now here is a short story for your consideration.  This little story gives you two very important pieces of information.  One, what it used to be like to be an American.  We no longer recognize these qualities as we have been brainwashed to think in terms of good little socialists chattel.  Very sad.  Two, what a real common law jury court looks like.

  How this relates to real solutions for today's world?  We better understand where we came from and what our real rights are as we have voluntarily given way too many of them away.  If we do not start going back to our roots, we will forever be lost and slaves to hidden masters as is the present situation.
