The Ghost Train - Classic Movies On GVLN

The Ghost Train.  From 1941.

Mismatched travellers are stranded overnight at a lonely rural railway station. They soon learn of local superstition about a phantom train which is said to travel these parts at dead of night, carrying ghosts from a long-ago train wreck in the area. The travelers eventually get to the bottom of the things that go bump in the night. In between the scary bits, comedian Arthur Askey plays the gags with his Vaudeville style humor.

Classic Movies here on GVLN.

Liberty Scouts - Man of War, Sunday Comics

Liberty Scouts - Man of War from Chuck Thompson

From the golden age of comics comes this story, Man of War from Liberty Comics by Fiche Comics.  Entertainment from the past.  Some heavy propaganda here, but that is the way it has been for decades.  It's designed to get you to be patriotic and sympathetic to causes.  Otherwise you would probably not support the causes.  There is a science to all of this.

Free downloads are available from our SlideShare site.  You can enlarge this book by clicking on the icon in the lower right hand corner of the container for full screen reading.  Enjoy.

Superman - Old Time Radio Shows Galore

Superman in, "The Super Sleuth."   Old time radio show.  How entertainment used to sound.  Sitting around the living room waiting for the newest radio show to begin and then listening to the show.  No pictures in a box to go along with the story.  Just sound.  This was the golden age of radio.  Today we are bringing you multiple episodes so that you are not left hanging with just one part of an entire story.  We thought about doing that and making you come back each week for the rest, but decided that there is still way to much content out there to share.

  Sunday's are always special here on GVLN.  Ah, what the heck, let's have a full blown Superman Party here and go for broke on a bunch of full episodes that complete the stories.  Enjoy.  Bookmark this page so you can keep coming back for more.

Gloucester, VA Ordinance Violations To The Dillion Rule

We are starting a new monthly segment here on GVLN.  The objective?  To expose Gloucester County Ordinances that are on the county's books that look to be in violation of the Dillon Rule, hence in violation of state codes.

  Gloucester County Officials that seem to make up their own laws for their own agenda's despite knowing that doing such is a violation to their offices, oath of office and intentional and willful breaking of laws.

  What we are including with each of these is background information as it is given to us.  The first one we are looking at is Animal Control ordinance 3-17, Animals Riding In Open Vehicles.  Here is the background given to us, this is a Louise Theberge, Mark Hawkins ordinance designed to to go after one specific Gloucester County resident that it is said, Mark Hawkins does not like and wanted to get something on this resident.

  Please note:  We can not verify this information.  Officials will deny such no matter what as it would implicate them on willfully and knowingly breaking laws.  Also, the person this happened to, we can not report on as it could jeopardize that individual.  We are only showing here what has been told to us.  We are not reporting it as fact.  If proven to be wrong, we will be happy to post a correction.  Please do not consider this information as accurate unless evidence can be produced to show such.  This is just third party hearsay creating background history that could prove false.  The questions to the legitimacy or validity of the Gloucester County AC ordinance is very real however.

  Here is the county ordinance as it presently reads for Gloucester Animal Control.

Sec. 3-17. Animals riding in open vehicles.

It shall be unlawful for the operator of any motor vehicle on a pubic road to place or keep an animal in any portion of such vehicle that is open in such a manner so as to permit such animal to jump out of or escape the vehicle or to be thrown from the vehicle by acceleration or stopping of the vehicle or by an accident involving the vehicle. The prohibited portions of a motor vehicle shall include, but not be limited to:

(1)The open bed of a truck or upon a motorcycle; or

(2)The rear storage portion of a vehicle with the tailgate, truck, or hatchback portion open or down. For the purposes of this section, the operator of a motor vehicle shall be deemed to have control of any animal found there.

State Code:

§ 3.2-6508. Transporting animals; requirements; penalty.

A. No owner, railroad or other common carrier when transporting any animal shall allow that animal to be confined in any type of conveyance more than 24 consecutive hours without being exercised, properly rested, fed and watered
as necessary for that particular type and species of animal. A reasonable extension of this time shall be permitted when an accident, storm or other act of God causes a delay. Adequate space in the primary enclosure within any type
of conveyance shall be provided each animal depending upon the particular type and species of animal.

B. No person shall import into the Commonwealth, nor export from the Commonwealth, for the purpose of sale or
offering for sale any dog or cat under the age of eight weeks without its dam.

C. Violation of this section is a Class 1 misdemeanor.

3.2-6503. Care of companion animals by owner; penalty.
(AKA AC Ordinance 3-15 in state version).

A. Each owner shall provide for each of his companion animals:
1. Adequate feed;
2. Adequate water;
3. Adequate shelter that is properly cleaned;
4. Adequate space in the primary enclosure for the particular type of animal depending upon its age, size, species,
and weight;
5. Adequate exercise;
6. Adequate care, treatment, and transportation; and
7. Veterinary care when needed to prevent suffering or disease transmission.
The provisions of this section shall also apply to every pound, animal shelter, or other releasing agency, and every foster care provider, dealer, pet shop, exhibitor, kennel, groomer, and boarding establishment. This section shall not
require that animals used as food for other animals be euthanized.

B. Violation of this section is a Class 4 misdemeanor. A second or subsequent violation of subdivision A 1, A 2, A

3, or A 7 is a Class 2 misdemeanor and a second or subsequent violation of subdivision A 4, A 5, or A 6 is a Class 3
misdemeanor.

The state codes above are the closest we could find to Gloucester's AC ordinance 3-17.  Not within the context of meeting any Dillon Rule.  In fact, 3-17 appears to us to be a complete fabrication.  Not allowed under state codes.  Plus we will point out that these other state codes cover everything needed for law enforcement to do their jobs.

Therefore we challenge Gloucester officials to show the state code that matches this ordinance and prove that this is within the Dillon Rule and within state codes or request the removal of this ordinance from the books at once under state mandated procedures.  Not doing so after being informed of such violations is a violation to the oath of office and proper codes of conduct.

We do not want a nanny state and will not tolerate such.  We ask that Gloucester officials follow the rules the same as they expect us to.  We will continue to look at ordinances each and every month and do this until they are all cleared off the books or shown to be valid.  We already have a list like this and will be producing these requests at least one per month.  Or Gloucester officials can start cleaning them all up on their own without us showing them everything we keep finding.

Final note:  We are not attorney's and none of this is to be considered legal advice in any way. We are simply looking at the facts and asking questions along with requesting corrections.

Yorktown, American Revolution Special Edition

Liberty's Kids, episode number 36 of 40 episodes.  Yorktown.  We are almost through with this section of our Liberty Education Series and it has been a pure pleasure to work with these videos.  They are impressively well researched and presented.  Though we found a few faults and a few areas of question, those areas were minor and not worth arguing overall as we also considered the audience for these videos.

Today we are presenting a number of special e-books as they relate to this episode and are a real education to the founding principles of this nation.  So this is an extended series today.

We are beginning with Peggy Owen.  The story of a Quaker family.  Quakers were against every form of war, until it was realized that the American Revolution was more than just a war for freedom to govern ourselves.  It was a total revolution of the principles of Christianity itself.  Freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of the press, liberty, independence are all tied together for a reason.  They are the foundations of this nation and there has never been freedom from religion as so many want you to believe.

Free downloads of this e-book are available on our SlideShare site.  You will have to sign in with either a Facebook account, LinkedIn account or create a free account to access the free download.  You can read it here online by clicking the icon in the lower right hand corner to enlarge the book into a full size screen view.

  Our next book are letters written by General Lafayette to a host of famous people of the period.  It is a first hand look of what the situation really looked like.

Both of these books are full and complete and represent incredible detail to the War for independence.

Pictured above is the schooner, Alliance, sailing the York River.  In the background is Gloucester, Virginia.  This shot was taken from the yorktown beach.  The area where the Battle of Yorktown was fought and American Independence won.

The above is a picture of one of the types of canon found on the ships during this war.  This canon is from the Kalmar Nyckel, taken while docked in Yorktown.

This picture gives you a real world idea of what fortifications actually looked like and how they were used.  If you were charging towards these, you had no easy way of penetrating them.

Actual canons used in the American Revolution at Yorktown.  These are on permanent display along with a lot more all over Yorktown.

Tomorrow we have more special surprises prepared for this series.  Stay tuned for more incredible content.

Are Gloucester, VA Officials Advocates Of The Devil? The Sunday Questions

Special Sunday Story;   We are asking if Gloucester, Virginia officials are Devil's advocates.  What we know is that many officials attend local church services each and every weekend.  What we see however does not fall under what one would deem sound Christian principles coming out of their works.  Instead, we have been able to trace the works to a more sinister teaching.  Thelema.

  For those who have no idea what Thelema is, it is Satanic worship.  It is only one sect of Satanic worship and there are many sects.  Are we stretching here?  Well, take a look at the evidence we put forth and you determine your final answers.

Before we go any further, we want to make it very clear that it is not our intention to promote, convince, or persuade you into any area of religious thought or belief.  We will be presenting documents of both Satanic beliefs as well as Christian beliefs.  The documents are for background evidence to show at no time are we making any of this up.

The present issue;  Gloucester officials are building a new middle school in the middle of a swamp where they have built an island in the swamp and have no sound foundation to support the new middle school which will cause serious issues for the entire structure in it's future.

What does that have to do with being an advocate for the devil?  Glad you asked.  According to Satanic principles, one is to build their house on an island and out of glass.  It is well noted that the house is vulnerable and not meant to hold up.  What does the bible say about building one's house?  Build a solid foundation so that the house continues to stand for generations to come.

Two very contradictory principles.

The Book of The Law from Chuck Thompson

1. Abrahadabra; the reward of Ra Hoor Khut.
2. There is division hither homeward; there is a word not known. Spelling is defunct; all is not aught. Beware! Hold! Raise the spell of Ra-Hoor-Khuit!
3. Now let it be first understood that I am a god of War and of Vengeance. I shall deal hardly with them.
4. Choose ye an island!
5. Fortify it!
6. Dung it about with enginery of war!
7. I will give you a war-engine.
8. With it ye shall smite the peoples; and none shall stand before you.
9. Lurk! Withdraw! Upon them! this is the Law of the Battle of Conquest: thus shall my worship be about my secret house.
10. Get the stele of revealing itself; set it in thy secret temple -- and that temple is already aright disposed -- & it shall be your Kiblah for ever. It shall not fade, but miraculous colour shall come back to it day after day. Close it in locked glass for a proof to the world.
11. This shall be your only proof. I forbid argument. Conquer! That is enough. I will make easy to you the abstruction from the ill-ordered house in the Victorious City. Thou shalt thyself convey it with worship, o prophet, though thou likest it not. Thou shalt have danger & trouble. Ra-Hoor-Khu is with thee. Worship me with fire & blood; worship me with swords & with spears. Let the woman be girt with a sword before me: let blood flow to my name. Trample down the Heathen; be upon them, o warrior, I will give you of their flesh to eat!

The above is straight out of the above book and starts off chapter 3.  Now what we are also going to point out from the above, "Dung it about with enginery of war!", could it not be conceived that the improper use of education may just fall into that category?

New Testament" target="_blank">The New Testament from Chuck Thompson

The Christian bible states that one should build a solid foundation before even considering building one's house.  Makes perfect sense.  If you do not have a solid foundation, the house will eventually fall.

The above picture is where Gloucester officials are building the new middle school.  They have brought in huge piles of dirt to fill the swamp.  No piles have been put in to create a sound foundation.  This is their island.  The two story school will be built with a lot of glass for more natural light.  Cuts down costs for artificial lighting.  Raises costs for heating and cooling.  Changes in the educational system have already been announced for the future.  Those changes are considered reactionary education to help foster more real life events and increase skills for dealing with issues in real time.  Sounds impressive, but what does that mean and how will it be used?

  Well that part we are not being told.  Is the enginery being built for the island?

We are not asking you to believe in either school of religious thought.  Only to consider the principles of each doctrine to determine which are more sound and for a better understanding of what is going on in this county as well as the world around you.  Only you can make that determination.

In the event you are having difficulties reading any of the above documents, in the bottom right hand corner of each document container, there is an icon that you can click that will open the container and document into a full screen view to make reading much easier.  Downloads of both documents are available and free from our SlideShare site.  You will have to log in with either a Facebook account or LinkedIn account to get access to the download or you can create a free account.
