Is Obamacare REALLY killing 2M jobs?

CNN's Anderson Cooper examines claims by Republicans that Obamacare would result in the loss of two million jobs.

You know you just have to love a spin story on a spin story.  How do you discredit the opposition?  You accuse them of something.  Anything.  If you listen to this report very carefully, you quickly realize that the CNN spin story is nothing more than spin itself and that digging deeper into their own words, Obamacare is in fact ruining millions of jobs.   But not to worry.  CNN is here to tell you what you need to think.  Oh thank heaven for CNN telling us all how to think so we do not have to do that ourselves.

McGrath: “We Live in a Time in the United States Where Nothing Is What It Seems”

Mac Slavo
October 29th, 2013

Every message we get from the mainstream media, or a White House press conference, or even from those we may talk to on a daily basis has been specifically designed to manipulate our sentiment and outlook. Most of the time, your friends and coworkers don’t even realize they’ve become a propaganda mouthpiece for an agenda set forth by government or business interests.
Even a precursory examination of what political leaders, economists, and the mainstream media have been telling us should make it clear that we are in the midst of one of the greatest mass deceptions of a country’s populace in the history of the world.
The lies and half truths now pervade every aspect of our lives.
As Charlie McGrath of Wide Awake News notes, the consequence is a population that has been left helpless and under the direct control of their masters.
We certainly live in a time here in the United States where nothing is what it seems… where the truth is taken and massaged and manipulated, spun up, and handed to the people… and it doesn’t bear any resemblance of truth by the time we evaluate and look into the details of whatever was being sold in the first place.
We live in a time of bait and switch, smoke and mirrors deception.
We’d be far better off now to go through a collapse then we will be five years down the road… because every single day that passes in this country the lies continue to mount up, but so does the debt, and so does the misery.
The mainstream establishment media wants you to believe we are on the cusp of a sustainable recovery, or in fact we are in one…
But you can’t hide the numbers…

The truth is we are not on the road to recovery. We are making a bunch of zombies out of the people of this nation and it’s becoming far, far worse.
Consider this… We have more people on the welfare rolls right now in the United States than we have full time workers… 49.2% of all Americans receive a check from the government… we have 1.2 million students who are homeless in this country, allegedly the richest country on earth… over half the students in this country are considered to be living in low income homes… the gap between the rich and the poor has never been as high as it is right now.
37% of the households are in poverty if you’re thirty years old or less… one out of every five households is on food stamps…
In the last 5 years of recovery… we have spent $3.7 Trillion in welfare programs… it’s $3.7 trillion of tokens… it’s $3.7 trillion of pacifiers… $3.7 trillion of control…

So, collapse now… absolutely it would be a bad thing. But if we wait into the future it’s going to be far, far worse.

In a truly free market our financial, economic and monetary systems would have already collapsed. The bad debt would have been wiped out of the system and nature would have re-balanced the equation.
Our political and economic leaders chose, instead, to manipulate everything from monetary policy to perception in an effort to make us believe the system has been stabilized.
It’s been smoke and mirrors from day one, and now millions more have been impoverished and put squarely under the thumb of government dependence.
In the year 2000, when the tech bubble stock market crash began, there were about 17 million Americans depending on government food stamp assistance. Today that number has nearly tripled, to 48 million people.
Similar trends exist with respect to unemployment, wage reductions, welfare, disability, health care assistance and government debt.
We now have more people than ever before helplessly dependent on the State.
What happens when America  finally runs out of money and our creditors refuse to lend us more?
A decade ago the fall-out may have been manageable.
If it happened today, as noted by the US Secretary of the Treasury,  it’d be a catastrophic collapse – the kind that leads to generations of despair, destitution, violence and a complete realignment of our political system.
This is what we face going forward.

Congressman Rob Wittman's Updates On Sequestration

Too many desks sat idle this week, as furloughs began for many federal civilian employees in the Department of Defense (DOD) due to the indiscriminate budget cuts known as sequestration. These DOD workers are truly dedicated patriots who are tasked by Congress with their duties. Their efforts to support our war fighters are vital to the mission of our overall national security, and these cuts continue to undermine the strength of our military’s readiness. As Chairman of the House Armed Services Committee’s Readiness Subcommittee and an American, this deeply concerns me, and I reminded my colleagues on Thursday of the personal and professional challenges our dedicated civilian workers face.

On Wednesday, Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel issued a memo detailing the DOD’s plan for reducing its budget by $52 billion in fiscal year 2014, as mandated by sequestration. These budget reductions simply cannot happen. The impacts that they will have on our military’s future capabilities are unacceptable. Secretary Hagel’s memo addresses just one fiscal year, and yet it is indicative of a long term, systemic challenge facing our military. This In turn will require a long term, strategic solution: how to effectively provide for and maintain a fighting force in a world of both budgetary constraints and constant threats against our homeland. Congress and the President were elected to make tough decisions - not to stand idly by as the foundation of our nation’s military is compromised.

At the same time, it is important to remember that at the heart of this issue are dedicated Americans who sacrifice for this nation. These include young Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, and Airmen whose training and resources are being undermined by sequestration; civilian DOD employees who support those individuals but are being forced to sit at home under furlough; and the children of those furloughed federal employees who will feel the brunt of sequestration as their parents find fewer dollars in their paychecks. They are all patriotic Americans who have dedicated their lives to this country so that it will remain the greatest nation the world has ever known. Instead of balancing the budget on their backs, let’s prove to them that we’ve got their backs - because they’ve had ours since 1776. I have sounded the alarm on this issue for almost two years now, and I will continue to urge Congress and the White House to find a solution. It’s time to make the tough decisions.

Finally, I am pleased to share great news for Virginia and the Chesapeake Bay. The House passed my Chesapeake Bay Accountability and Recovery Act (H.R. 739) last week as part of the Federal Agriculture Reform and Risk Management Act (H.R. 2642). The Bay is an economic engine and a cultural beacon for our region, and many industries and citizens have a vested interest in a clean Bay. My bill would enhance coordination, flexibility and efficiency of restoration efforts. This was a great achievement for Virginia and America’s First District, and I am eager for the Senate to pass Senator Warner’s companion legislation and see this bill become law. As Co-Chair of the Chesapeake Bay Watershed Caucus, I will continue to advocate for and support measures to restore and preserve this national treasure.

The main streets of Virginia’s First District are full of ideas to get our economy back on track, and your feedback is critically important to me as I serve you. I can be reached by telephone at(202) 225-4261, through my website (www.wittman.house.gov), on Facebook (www.facebook.com/reprobwittman), and via Twitter (www.twitter.com/robwittman).

GVLN - More Washington Inside Information Leaks - Geo Engineering

The above video is about one hour and thirty seven minutes long and is about Geo Engineering.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geoengineering  This Wiki link explains the main stream press information on Geo Engineering but fails to show exactly how Geo Engineering has already been implemented and why.

http://www.geoengineeringwatch.org/  This is another site that watches and reports on Geo Engineering also known as Chem Trails.  We reported some years back, on this site, about Chem Trails above Gloucester, VA.  There is a huge list of websites now reporting and covering this issue.  http://www.geoengineeringwatch.org/  This one probably being the best and with the most detailed information.  Even the BBC has covered this story and questioned how much information the masses should know about it.  That makes you wonder.

Remember, each and every day the amount of information put out in the fight to control your mind grows like weeds.  It's up to you to do your own research and make up your own mind as to what is real and what isn't.
