Angel Face was a short run series of comics found in the Sunday funny papers and ran for less than one year. Angel Face was a little girl who was notorious for saying the wrong thing at the wrong time. In the above example this is not the case, but what makes this one little piece funny is that all the children are playing Davy Crockett who, during the 1950's, was a very popular character.
