Fire Burning Laws In Gloucester and The State of VA

From February 15th through April 30th, the entire state of Virginia has a burning ban. You can not start a fire until after 4:00 PM. There are some exceptions to the law provided you live in an area that has not banned all outdoor burning altogether.  This is a presentation made by the
Department of Forestry.
