3250	Toilet room doors are not fully self-closing. Keep toilet room doors closed except when cleaning or during maintenance operations to prevent insect and rodent entrance and the associated potential for the spread of disease.

Open Letter to the Citizens of Gloucester County Virginia

“For the Common Good. “

The Virginia Constitution was written for us to limit the government intrusion into our lives.  Have you ever read the Constitution of the United States?  How about the Constitution of Virginia?

Why is it that the County Jester who serves as the Board of Supervisors Public Affairs Officer, Court Jester, and County Attorney in his spare time, can send a reply to Mr. Thompson within hours when Mr Thompson presented one of the county codes as in violation of the Dillon Rule and he has not replied in over two weeks when Mr Thompson shows the County is in violation of one of the codes?  He must be real busy Jestering!  The violation of the animal control code Mr Thompson pointed out to the county would have any of us in court if we violated this code.  See his story for details.  However, the county is giving itself a by “Criminals with no regard for the law” and the rule of law.  If we had an educational system in Gloucester I bet the Middle School civics class could do a better job running the county. They know not to break the rules and laws and would not let county employees run personal errands on county time in county vehicles. Maybe before the new swamp school sinks into the Muck they can teach classes of value?  I heard you can make a bet in Los Vegas that the length of time we will pay for the bond will outlast the swamp school.

Based on the actions of this Board it appears they have total contempt for the Virginia Constitution, Virginia Code, and the US Constitution. We need to ensure anyone we elect to the Board is willing to follow the oath of office and believes in constitutional law. This is the same type of behavior we can expect if we reelect anyone that was a former Board member or previously on the school board.

I look forward to Mr Thompson’s next county code violation since the board is not willing or able to fix the illegal code  it is nice to see someone show the kind of oath breakers we have representing us on the board.  Bring back the rule of legal laws and make this "The Land of the Life Worth Living" for everyone in the county.

Second in our series of public information reports.  We are only making the information on local restaurants more accessible to everyone.  The information is already public but few people are even aware of this.  We adopted this reporting from other areas in Virginia that report each inspection of businesses in their local newspapers.  Since it is not presently done in this area, we decided to pick up the trend.

0830	Corrected During Inspection Critical The prepared ready-to-eat (RTE) meatballs, sausage, meat sauces, cheese, and cooked vegetables in the refrigeration unit is not properly dated for disposition. Mark the name and "consume by" date on the container of RTE foods at the time of preparation if the food is to be held for more than 24 hours. If the food is held at 41°F or below the food shall be served or sold within 7 calendar days. Some harmful bacteria continue to grow even at refrigeration temperatures so limiting the amount of time in storage limits the amount of growth allowed for these bacteria.

Gloucester, VA Government Employees Happy Meal, Literally

This is a picture from behind McDonald's up at the courthouse area in Gloucester, Virginia on Monday morning, 8:20 AM September 16th, 2013.

This is a picture of yet another Gloucester, County Government vehicle parked at McDonald's at 8:20 AM Monday morning.  Numerous occupants inside having breakfast, most likely on the payroll clock, at your expense, using a county vehicle for personal use yet again.  Well maybe this picture is a little hard to tell that the white truck is actually a county vehicle.

This is a closeup of that vehicle.  Public Utilities truck number 20.  Guess they were inside having happy meals?  Was this the only vehicle seen at McDonald's or anywhere else today?  Heck no.  I saw two other county vehicles come out of McDonald's before I took out the camera today.  I saw another county vehicle at 7-11 before taking out the camera today.  I saw a brand new Van, unmarked, State government tags, full size, silver, at Dollar General today at about 10:000 AM.  The occupant, a female, was shopping  on payroll time.

Over the past several months, I have been posting pictures and information sent to one of our email accounts about this kind of abuse going on in the county.  I wanted to see it myself.  Sure enough, it is everywhere.  Nothing has been done to stop this despite the fact we have shown county and state codes that forbid this kind of abuse.

  All that is left at this point is to file and request an investigation into the county for waste, fraud and abuse.  The person ultimately responsible should be fired for cause.  I am going to file for those investigations to take place as soon as possible.  I will testify myself to what I have seen and all the evidence I have collected.  This is your tax dollars being wasted by a county who keeps playing shell games to raise your taxes even further, writes ordinances to abuse county residents in our opinion, and can not follow their own ordinances or state codes but still want you to and will prosecute you at the drop of a hat.

  Exactly how is this fair?   County officials continue to show they are criminals with no regard for the law.  (We are using their own terms against them as this is what they have told numerous people whom they have filed charges, using county ordinances, against area residents that were not in accordance with state code and managed to get full prosecutions against them).  A rigged court system, again in our opinion.
