Vaccination Con Job? Left Wing Propaganda Designed To Take Away Your Rights

Below is what we view as a left wing socialist propaganda piece that we can just about say with certainty does not have a real boy involved as the story claims.

Instead, this looks more like a bleeding heart story going around on Change.org that is desinged to take away your rights.  Force very dangerous vaccinations on people who have no interest in them.

This is a very old trick and it works very well.  It's played on the people over and over and over again and very few ever catch the true underlying tricks being played to take away our freedoms.  Look at the bold section below that is highlighted in yellow.  It's not about the boy as it states.  It's about force.  It's about forcing every child to get vaccinated against the wishes and or best interest of the children.  Study the facts on vaccinations.  They are very dangerous.  They are so dangerous in fact that if anything happens to your child?  No one is responsible.  To bad for you, your family and your child.  You can NOT sue the drug company that harmed your child.  That is enough to tell you they know their products are deadly in our view.  Not dangerous, deadly.  But again, our opinion based on the evidence.

They are using a heart tugging story to take away your rights.  Are you going to give them away?  It's not about this one school.  It's not about one locality either.  These people want to set a precedence that will affect the entire nation.  They are also inverting rights.  The need of one outweighs the need of the many.  Anyone buying this?  I'm not.  It's sick.  It's perverted propaganda.  And it's right here for you to enjoy.
Rhett Krawitt, age 6, fought leukemia for 4 and 1/2 years.  Now, his cancer is in remission, but he won’t be healthy enough to be immunized for another several months.
Marin County, where he lives, is one of the newest areas to be hit by the current measles outbreak in California, with two children infected this week.  Rhett’s dad, Carl, is asking the Superintendent of his son’s school district to require that all children be vaccinated so that kids like Rhett, who can’t be vaccinated, can benefit from ‘herd immunity’ that will keep them protected from the dangerous disease.
"It's a risk that shouldn't even be there, and that's what's so emotional for me. This was a disease that was gone," says Carl.
Join me in supporting Carl and Jodi Krawitt's plea for their son's health and safety at school by signing the petition asking the Reed Union School District to require students to be immunized.
15 years ago, we declared the U.S. measles-free thanks to successful vaccination programs.  But measles is back.  There was a huge outbreak last year in several states, and an outbreak that started a few weeks ago at Disneyland continues to grow.
I live in the Bay Area, and my daughter and I love to take the ferry to Tiburon on sunny Saturdays.  At my daughter's school, and at many schools in the Bay Area, we are asked to keep nut products out of our children's lunches because of other children's nut allergies.  It's a bit of an inconvenience -- how many times have I looked long at the jar of peanut butter on the shelf when trying to assemble a healthy lunch on a busy morning -- but it keeps other children at the school safe. If the school can ban nuts to protect a few kids, it can require immunizations too.
We all have a responsibility to the health of our children.  Reed Union School District can help Rhett stay safe and healthy at school by making sure all kids are protected from dangerous and preventable disease.
Join me in asking Superintendent Steven Herzog to help keep Rhett healthy by signing the petition.

See video of Rhett and his family here: http://blogs.kqed.org/stateofhealth/2015/01/26/not-vaccinated-stay-home-from-school-says-marin-dad-of-leukemia-patient

Here is the video.  Take a look at the quality folks,  This is a professional Hollywood production quality video.  Not even the local news is this good.  Keep a sharp eye on the clarity of the focus on this little boy.  I'm betting he and the family are all paid actors.  This just reeks to all high heaven of corruption.

Now look at the stories below and you will see that this is clearly a red flag issue.  They do want to steal our rights and they are demanding we surrender them.  No way.  Sue them all.

Gloucester, Virginia Board of Supervisors Video With Notes On Law, Jan. 2015

Video from the January 7th, 2015 Board of Supervisors meeting.  This is where the Gloucester Main Street Preservation Trust begged the Board for money and the board approved giving them their pleading.  Your tax dollars now working against you as now that money will be used to get others to beg from the Gloucester Main Street Preservation Trust to give up some of that money to them.

This is how government and others conspire against the people.  They turn everything into a begging contest.  Let me explain.  In order to be considered, you must submit an application for various benefits.  Let's break that down.  Submit, submission, submissive.  To be under.  You apply to be under.  Hence you are begging.  Bet you never looked at it this way.  What did you think it meant?  Bet you never even thought about it since you are told to beg everyday for pretty much everything.

Now this money is supposed to be used to generate pre qualified entrepreneurs.  Amazing.  They want people to beg for stuff they already have a right to do.  How is that working for everyone?  It's the same with a business license.  If you already have the right to contract, why do you need a business license?  You don't no matter what they tell you.  Zoning permits?  You already have the right, why are you asking for permission?  When you ask for permission, they have the right to say no or charge you a fortune to tell you yes when you already had the right?

Your pocket is being picked and you are allowing it to happen to you.  Stop asking for permission for what you already have the right to do.  Those permits and licenses are for them, not for you.  Why are you paying?  Because you did not know any better.  When we challenged the county on all of this, they remained silent.  Why?  Because we already showed them through Federal Law we were right.

ENFORCEMENT OF CITY/COUNTY CODES PROHIBITED
California Law prohibits Cities and Counties from enforcing City or County Codes and Ordinances upon property that is not OWNED by the City or County even if the property is within City limits.

California Penal Code: Chapter 5b CITATIONS FOR VIOLATIONS OF COUNTY, CITY, OR CITY AND COUNTY ORDINANCES Sections 853.1through 853.4 was repealed in 1967.

The Supreme Court ruled that Municipalities cannot exert any acts of ownership and control over property that is not OWNED by them, see Palazzolo v. Rhode Island 533 US 606, 150 L.Ed. 2d 592, 121 S.Ct. ___(2001) (no expiration date on the taking clause for City's illegal enforcement of its Codes on the man's private property and restricting the man's business), affirming both Lucas v South Carolina Coastal Council, 505 US 1003, 120 L.Ed. 2d 798 (1992).(butterfly activists and Code Enforcement cannot restrict development of the man's private swampland unless they lawfully acquire the land FIRST, surveying with binoculars constitutes a "takings"), and Monterey v. Del Monte Dunes, 526 US 687 (1999), 143 L.Ed. 2d 882 S.Ct.____ (1998).

In the Monterey case, the California private property owner was awarded $8 million for Code Enforcement's illegal trespass and restriction of his business, and another $1.45 million for the aggravation of a forced sale.

Federal Law also prohibits Cities and Counties from issuing citations against businesses, see Title 18 U.S.C.891-896, quoting Section 891 "An extortionate means is any means which involves the use, or an express or implicit threat of use, of violence or other criminal means to cause harm to the person, reputation, or property."

Black's Law Dictionary 5 th Edition (page 1140): Recaption. At Common Law, a retaking or taking back.

We do not have to make any of this up.  Here it is right from the law books.  The county has no right to get involved in your business at any time for any reason.  You may also want to look up Hale vs Henkel, the government does not even have a right to ask you about your business and if they do, you have a right to tell them to go very far away and never come back.

http://freedom-school.com/law/stare-decesis-hale-v-henkel.html

The above is a link to one of the interpretations of the case.

Now let's talk a bit more about government corruption shall we?  If you own a small business and are collecting and paying sales tax, the question that must be asked is why?  Is the county or the state paying you to do this?  If they are not, you have been tricked into doing so thinking it is required.  It is not.  In fact, if they are not paying you to do this, you have a right to sue them.  They are in violation of the 13th amendment of the US Constitution.

"Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction."

If you are not being paid to collect sales taxes, then what crime have you committed that makes you an involuntary slave to the government?  You can not just stop paying those taxes without penalties because you already agreed to a contract that you didn't understand.  It's called an adhesion contract.  But they will do everything to enforce that illegal contract down your throat.  You have to give them advanced notice that you will no longer be collecting or paying that sales tax.  You can sue them for back payments for your costs of collecting these taxes as well as not giving you full disclosure when they contracted you in their scheme.  Don't you just love the way the government operated these days?

None of this is legal advice.  Only a Bar attorney can give you legal advice as they are franchised members of the franchised legal system having paid their annual franchise dues.  We discuss concepts of law here instead.  Everyone has a right to discuss concepts of law as it is an inherent right.

The most recent issue of the York Herald by Phil Bazzani, York District Board of Supervisors for Gloucester County, Virginia.  Get his take on some of the issues or the avoidance thereof.  But most of them try to avoid many of the issues.  They have to or they end up with a great deal of liability.  Not that this is not already an issue anyway.  Just saying anything on the issues ups their liability however and they all know this so they all do everything they can to avoid it.

Governor McAuliffe Announces New Work Readiness Modules Offered Through SkillsOnline

~ Modules to help workers get training to succeed in 21st century Virginia economy~

Governor Terry McAuliffe announced today the public launch of the new work readiness modules offered through SkillsOnline at a meeting hosted by the Peninsula Council for Workforce Development. Working with subject matter experts, WHRO is using instructional and online course development expertise to create the first five of 21 work readiness courses identified by the University of Virginia’s Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service as those needed by employees for career entry and advancement.  They include: (1) Applied Mathematics, (2) Reading for Information, (3) Locating Information, (4) Internet Use and Safety-Digital Citizenship, and (5) Understanding Health, Wellness and Safety.  These courses will be available through SkillsOnline and other venues free of charge by spring of 2015. These modules are partially funded by grants from the Hampton Roads’ Community Foundation and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting through the American Graduate program. Additional funding is being sought from foundations and other private sources to produce the remaining courses and collateral materials.

Speaking about today’s announcement, Governor McAuliffe said, “Workforce development is a key component for creating a new Virginia economy.  The work readiness modules are an example of the public-private partnership that is increasing access for Virginians to workforce training, will help employers put more Virginians to work, and will provide no-cost resources for educators and local government training providers.”

WHRO intends to make these career readiness modules freely available to every Workforce Investment Board, social services agency, K-12 school, community college, and employer in the Commonwealth to use in an instructor-led blended learning environment. Additionally, course content will be distributed through eMediaVa(SM), which WHRO operates through a contract with the Virginia Department of Education and serves more than 145,000 Virginia teachers in public, private and home schools across the state.

“Talent development is critical for catalyzing economic growth in the Commonwealth,” said Secretary of Commerce and Trade Maurice Jones.  “WHRO’s career readiness modules are an important tool for students of all ages to get access to the skills they need to succeed in careers of the 21st century.”

In partnership with four southeastern Virginia community colleges, including Thomas Nelson Community College, Paul D. Camp Community College, Eastern Shore Community College and Rappahannock Community College, the work readiness modules will be offered primarily through the new SkillsOnline portal created by WHRO. SkillsOnline is WHRO’s new professional development and workforce training portal that offers nearly 3,500 courses that are affordably priced in 19 different industry categories.

“WHRO Public Media is experienced in creating engaging online learning courses currently used by pre-K to grade 12 teachers and students across Virginia for free, funded by the Virginia Department of Education,” said Bert Schmidt, President and CEO of WHRO. “We are a non-profit organization owned by the 19 school divisions of southeastern Virginia and use our broadcast and production facilities to create engaging modules which capture and hold the attention of today’s online media savvy students.”

Governor McAuliffe Creates Contingency Fund for Virginia Ebola Response

Governor Terry McAuliffe announced today that he has created a contingency fund of up to $2 million to help address specific public health and safety risks associated with the exposure to or threat of exposure to Ebola.

“There have been no confirmed cases of Ebola in Virginia, but my administration continues to prepare so that we can respond quickly to this public health threat if it reaches our state,” said Governor McAuliffe. “This $2 million contingency fund will help state and local agencies cover costs in the event of a confirmed case, and allow responders to focus more on protecting Virginia families than on covering costs in the event of an emergency.”

The Governor is using the authority given to him in the Appropriation Act to grant supplemental funding for state agencies where a delay in action will produce a threat to life, safety, health or property. (Section 4-3.01 a.2.c. of Chapter 2 of the 2014 Special Session 1).

These funds will be used to reimburse state agencies for extraordinary expenditures related to specific incidents and actions taken by agencies related to exposure to Ebola, and/or the threat of the spread of Ebola into the general population.  This includes, but is not limited to, expenses associated with monitoring citizens exposed to Ebola, direct patient care, and transportation.   This funding is not intended to reimburse agencies for routine or ongoing program expenses associated with the agency mission.  These funds will not be used to supplant other eligible sources of fund including federal or private insurance funds.

Approval of requests for reimbursement of expenditures from this funding will undergo several levels of review by the responsible cabinet secretary and the Department of Planning and Budget to verify costs and justification. Final approval of disbursements will be made by the Governor on a case by case basis.

(You first have to buy into the fear that Ebola may even be a threat.  Well that's what you are supposed to believe because that is what everyone is telling you.  So you must buy this and own it as truth.  Now we can take your tax dollars and use that against you to take more of your freedoms.  Thank you for your participation.)

~ Mersen USA to invest $5.7 million to expand operation ~

RICHMOND - Governor Terry McAuliffe announced that Mersen USA, a subsidiary of Mersen SA, a global expert in electrical specialties and graphite-based materials headquartered in France, will invest $5.7 million to expand its operation in the City of Salem, creating 50 new jobs. The facility designs and manufactures graphite and silicon carbide heat for highly corrosive and high-temperature fluids and skid systems, encompassing entire process systems in a single unit. Customers include chemical companies, pharmaceutical companies, and other severe process industries. With this project, Mersen USA will expand its skid systems capacity, as well as relocate the company’s reactive metal equipment manufacturing business from California to Salem.

Speaking about today’s announcement, Governor McAuliffe said, “Creating good jobs in the advanced manufacturing sector is a central part of growing and diversifying Virginia’s economy. This announcement is significant for a locality that is aggressively trying to rebound economically and for Mersen USA as they continue to benefit from our Commonwealth’s world class workforce and business environment. The facility employs approximately 80 people working to optimize manufacturing processes in a variety of key industries, which is essential to the future of advanced manufacturing. We are thrilled to see the Salem operation grow and absorb the company’s relocated metal manufacturing business as part of this expansion.”

“Mersen USA’s decision to expand and relocate a business division to its Virginia operation speaks volumes about the company’s experience in our world-class business environment,” saidMaurice Jones, Virginia Secretary of Commerce and Trade. “Mersen is an important employer in the City of Salem, and this great project confirms the company’s long-term commitment to the region.”

Mersen USA designs innovative solutions to enable clients to optimize manufacturing processes in sectors such as energy, transportation, electronics, chemical, pharmaceutical, and process industries. Mersen USA has manufacturing facilities in 35 countries, employs over 6,000, and reports 2013 sales of Euro 739 million. Established in 1940, Mersen USA has nine production sites in seven states.

“Mersen USA chose Salem for this expansion of our systems and relocation of our U.S. reactive metals equipment fabrication businesses because the City of Salem has always provided a business friendly environment and the community provides skilled and dedicated employees,” said Shawn Malone, President, Mersen USA, Chemical Equipment Div. “We have been operating in Salem since 1986 without regret, and are especially proud of recently achieving 2,000 days without a lost time accident and expect to pass our previous record of 3,000 days as we expand and grow. Mersen has not achieved this sort of safety record anywhere else in the world and it speaks volumes in regards to the Salem operation and especially its people.”

The Virginia Economic Development Partnership worked with the City of Salem and the Roanoke Regional Partnership to secure the project for Virginia. Governor McAuliffe approved a $140,000 grant from the Governor’s Opportunity Fund to assist Salem with the project. Funding and services to support the company’s employee training activities will be provided through the Virginia Jobs Investment Program.

“The City of Salem is elated that Mersen USA has chosen to expand its operation in Salem and will be adding 50 new jobs,” said City Manager Kevin Boggess. “Mersen is one of those companies tucked away on the fringes of our city that goes about its daily business turning out million dollar equipment with very few people knowing what they actually do. The $140,000 grant from the Governor’s Opportunity fund is of utmost importance because without it, the City would not be able to meet the Company’s needs alone. With Salem’s unemployment rate at 5.8%, this project represents a wonderful boost to our economy, and we certainly do welcome the jobs it will create.”

Va. makes minimal progress on its climate change plan

Oct. 10--Virginia is one of only 14 states with a finalized plan to prepare for and adapt to climate change, but so far it has completed only two of its original 43 goals.

That's the assessment of the Georgetown Climate Center, which launched an online tool Thursday for the public to track where each state stands in addressing the widespread effects that scientists predict will come with a changing climate. The center is part of the Georgetown University Law Center in D.C.

"People want to know what their leaders are doing to prepare for climate change impacts, such as storms and rising seas," Vicki Arroyo, the center's executive director, said in a release. "This tool provides transparency and enables individuals and communities to track state progress."

(This crap is pretty funny until you realize these morons are serious about this stuff.)

Butane Hash Oil

For the first episode of our show "Weediquette" we went to the 2013 Cannabis Cup in Denver, Colorado, to learn more about butane hash oil, aka BHO, butane honey oil, shatter, dabs, and wax.

Our Notes:  A glance into the future.  How long do you think before it becomes legal throughout the US?  Using butane to extract stronger concentrations of the active constituents?  If you are not willing to drink it, then why would you be willing to smoke it?  Better off with hash brownies.  Anyone watching the fall of the Roman Empire yet?

Lord Christopher Monckton ends the Global Warming Debate

Mean surface temperature change for 1999–2008 ...
Mean surface temperature change for 1999–2008 relative to the average temperatures from 1940 to 1980 (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

Lord Christopher Monckton is a hotly requested speaker in climate change and global warming debates. This is a presentation he gave to an audience in California where the government wanted to introduce climate change legislation.

Lord Christopher Monckton can almost be considered a neutral observer in the climate change and global warming debate. He takes a middle ground and says he does believe in global warming, but when you evaluate the statistics correctly, the impact on the environment is so tiny that the entire global warming fiasco is effectively a dupe.

This powerful presentation covers most of the general arguments used by global warming propagandists, and demonstrates the deceptive tactics and outright fraud that they use to steer public opinion on this matter with their fake graphs. Furthermore, he covers the topic from an economic view, and points out that the climate change hoax is nothing more than another tax grab from greedy politicians.

In fact, Lord Christopher Monckton even using the climate change scientists own figures to do some simple math, and shows that with their proposed tax schemes to stop global warming; $450 billion dollars will only reduce the effect of global warming by 1/1000th of a degree Fahrenheit. It is disgraceful and without doubt, maybe the greatest hoax of our lifetime.

Originally broadcasted March 8, 2007 on British Channel 4.

A documentary, by British television producer Martin Durkin, which argues against the virtually unchallenged consensus that global warming is man-made. A statement from the makers of this film asserts that the scientific theory of anthropogenic global warming could very well be "the biggest scam of modern times."

Our Notes:

We think it's funny that the local Gloucester paper considers Global Climate change an unquestionable reality and has offered no other views.  Are their reporters that shallow that they are unable to view all sides of the issue?  Or do they support a hidden agenda?

You have to ask, if those who bow to the Climate change religion do not think that their goddess, Mother Nature, is no longer up to the challenge of maintaining Earth's balance, then maybe she should be fired and a new god brought in who is up the the challenge of maintaining the Earth's balance in today's modern world and will take us into the future as well.  On the one hand, that might sound crazy, but on the other hand, so does the so called science behind global climate change and how man is destroying the world.  Those folks need a new god.
