Creationist Outrage Over Cosmos With Neil DeGrasse Tyson

)

*A creationist has reviewed the new "Cosmos" reboot, featuring astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson, and it may come as no surprise that she wasn't terribly impressed. "If the first segment is any indication, ["Cosmos"] will attempt to package unconditional blind faith in evolution as scientific literacy in an effort to create interest in science," said Dr. Elizabeth Mitchell, a physician and Answers In Genesis researcher. She praises some aspects of the program, such as its "colorful" graphics and "charismatic" storytelling, but Mitchell complains that the program spent too much time describing phenomena that contradict biblical teachings...* What do atheists think about this? The Young Turks host Cenk Uygur breaks it down.

Our Notes:  In the event that you have no idea what nihilistic socialism looks like, this is a great video to become acquainted with the concept.  It's used everywhere by the vast majority of the media.  It's design?  Destruction of American ideals at every level by whatever means.

Who's Defending The Billionaire Brothers Buying Our Democracy?

*Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid stepped up his war of rhetoric against conservative billionaires and liberal boogymen Koch brothers Tuesday, saying on the senate floor that his Republican colleagues were "addicted to Koch" Reid's play on words — Charles and David Koch share a homophonous name with a recreational drug — came less than a week after Reid called the brothers "un-American" for funding anti-Obamacare attack ads...* How did Fox News pundits and Republican politicians respond? The Young Turks host Cenk Uygur breaks it down.

Our Notes:  We follow neither the left or the right.  We are not about Democrats or Republicans.  We do not see any political party in the USA viable anymore and the above is part of the reason why.  Both sides are corrupt and play a show for us all.  It's all fascism disguising itself as something other than what it really is from both sides.  Communism is the same.  Liberalism is little different these days.  There are no sound party politics anymore.  Both sides can be viewed as right and wrong.  Therefore, each side can always claim victory and be right, yet still be challenged as being wrong.  It's a game.  It's played very well.  Only issue is that "WE THE PEOPLE", are the ones who end up holding the bag and being blamed in THEIR game.

Hilarious & Weird Obama Images On Pakistani Viagra

"Washington gridlock isn't the only dysfunction President Obama has become the face of.

Suppliers of black-market Viagra sold in Pakistan are using the President's likeness to help sell imitations of the anti-impotence drug, allowing the man with the most difficult job in the world to, unwittingly, help others achieve a similar degree of hardness in their own lives.

Obama's face can be found on the packages of a contraband version of the erectile dysfunction medication in cities across the volatile Islamic country, according to AFP."* The Young Turks hosts Cenk Uygur and Ana Kasparian break it down.

Can The American Flag Be A Threat? Yes, Say Judges

The 1777 Flag of the United States had 13 star...
The 1777 Flag of the United States had 13 stars of an unspecified number of points Wikipedia)

"A Northern California high school's decision to order students wearing American flag T-shirts to turn the garments inside out during a celebration of the holiday Cinco de Mayo was appropriate, a federal appeals court ruled Thursday.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said the school officials' concerns of racial violence outweighed students' freedom of expression rights. Administrators feared the American-flag shirts would enflame the passions of Latino students celebrating the Mexican holiday. Live Oak High School, in the San Jose suburb of Morgan Hill, had a history of problems between white and Latino students on that day.

The unanimous three-judge panel said past problems gave school officials sufficient and justifiable reasons for their actions. The court said schools have wide latitude in curbing certain civil rights to ensure campus safety."* Cenk Uygur, Ana Kasparian, Ben Mankiewicz and Jimmy Dore (The Jimmy Dore Show) break it down.

Our Notes:  First, the language in this broadcast is well beyond belief.  The arguments are interesting, however, fail to point out that we are in the United States.  If anyone is offended by this flag, then please, by all means, move out of this country and go somewhere else.  Anyone wearing any other flag such as the flag of the UK, Ireland, Germany, Japan, China or any other country was probably okay?  We understand the safety issues.  In the US, no other flag is raised before the US flag, period.  None.  The war for your mind rages on.

World's Largest Megachurch Founder Convicted, But He'll Be Just Fine

"David Yonggi Cho, founder of South Korea's Yoido Full Gospel Church, has been sentenced to three years in prison for embezzling $12 million in church funds, Christianity Today reported on Monday.

Allegations arose in November of last year when 30 church elders held a press conference accusing Cho and his family of stealing millions in church donations dating back to the 1990s. The elders enumerated multiple instances of Cho's dishonesty that involved him borrowing and never returning funds, acquiring enormous church donations without disclosing what they were being used toward and even taking an $18 million severance pay when he stepped down as head pastor in 2008.

One former church elder, Ha Sang-ok, was present at the press conference and urged Cho to come forward."* The Young Turks host Cenk Uygur breaks it down.

One Third Of Town's Police Arrested - Rare Case Of Justice?

"A corruption probe in a small California town has resulted in the arrests of four current and former police officers for stealing impounded cars belonging to mostly poor Latino drivers, prosecutors said on Wednesday.

Those arrested on Tuesday in the agricultural town of King City included interim Police Chief Bruce Miller and his brother Brian Miller, who owns a towing company, said Monterey County Chief Assistant District Attorney Terry Spitz.

"The victims were economically disadvantaged persons of Hispanic descent who were targeted by having their vehicles impounded, towed and stored by Miller's Tow," Monterey County District Attorney Dean Flippo said in a statement. "The vehicle owners were unable to pay the fees and the vehicles were sold or provided for free to some of the officers.""* The Young Turks hosts Cenk Uygur and Ana Kasparian break it down.

Obama Can't Get Dems To Back Horrible Trade Deal

*U.S. Trade Representative Michael Froman -- President Barack Obama's top trade official -- ventured into it Tuesday evening, meeting with a group of liberal leaders in a ritual known as Common Purpose -- an off-the-record weekly gathering that features an administration official and representatives of the Democratic coalition, from labor and environmental groups to consumer advocates and online progressive groups.

Froman's appearance was part of a stepped-up charm offensive the U.S. trade representative is waging, hoping to soften liberal opposition to the Trans-Pacific Partnership, the free trade deal Obama is attempting to cut with Asian nations. The same day, Froman spoke publicly at the Democratic-aligned think tank Center for American Progress. GOP leaders in Congress support the trade pact, which is still being negotiated. But Democratic opposition is broad in both the House and Senate, making Froman's mission critical if the Obama administration hopes to clear the agreement through Congress when it is finished. And if the reception at the Common Purpose gathering is any indication, a lot more charm will be needed. The liberal coalition was unusually unified -- against the administration...* The Young Turks host Cenk Uygur breaks it down.

Our Notes:  Sorry, republicans won't claim him and do not want him either.  He's a democrat.  Not that either party is worth anything anyway.  They are really both the same that play the people and the people can't figure that out.

The overall arguments given are on the right track but still misguided as to party politics.  It's just part and parcel to the New World Order.  It's not a good deal for anyone.  It just takes away more rights and leaves less for the people.

"What is WhatsApp? WhatsApp is a mobile messaging service that functions as a kind of a social network. WhatsApp users can send messages to one or many recipients at the same time, and they can even share their locations.

In many ways, WhatsApp's users are just the kind of customers Facebook is looking for. They are extremely active, sending more than 600 million photos a day -- more photos than Facebook (FB, Fortune 500) users upload. A whopping 70% of WhatsApp users are active every day. By way of comparison, 62% of Facebook users are active daily.

People around the world send 19 billion WhatsApp messages per day, including 200 million voice messages and 100 million videos."* The Young Turks hosts Cenk Uygur and Ana Kasparian break it down.
