Carl (Chuck) Shipley, Animal Control Retirement Questioned

The first question we have is did the county throw Carl Shipley under the bus?  Documents on the county website state that they are publicly honoring him.  Yet we watched the entire meeting last night and do not remember seeing the county honoring this guy.  In fact, we question his retirement as an actual retirement or was this forced on him?  See post below for more information on this.

We found the above document and another one which will be posted below here, showing how the county is honoring his retirement.  Yet, when we watched the meeting last night, we did not hear this announcement or see Carl actually being honored.  So we have posted the video above.  When we tried using the county's video section search, nothing came up at all.

The above was not read during the meeting.  There are a number of us who watched this meeting while it happened and not one of us saw the above ever stated.  So where did this come from?  We keep telling you, there is a lot of very strange stuff going on here in this county.  This might be minor on the one hand but when you look at the bigger picture, all of these little things keep adding up and we are seeing much bigger issues that need to be exposed.

Gloucester, VA Animal Control Says We Made Up Our Story?

The head of the Gloucester Animal Control Office, Carl, (Chuck) Shipley claims that we have made up the story and or evidence that is found at this link https://sites.google.com/site/gloucestervanews/  in it's entirety and has been covered in articles on this site.  The evidence we present is all official Gloucester County documentation or official court records.  How are we to possibly make up records that the county has produced?  He says that there is nothing to this story.  If Chuck has some form of evidence to prove this, we would sure love to see it.

  If Gloucester Animal Control is sitting on some form of mysterious evidence that they have not brought before the courts or if other Gloucester County offices have evidence that they have not brought forth, we want to see it.  If Gloucester County has another version of the 911 call in their possession, we would sure love to hear it.

  Please post it on another site and send us the link.  We will be happy to link it into this site.  Please prove us wrong and we will be happy to make a public apology.  Heck, under the properly controlled circumstances, we would be happy to present all our original documentation for extensive public scrutiny.  We have nothing to hide.  All we do not show is who the victims are in this case.  Other than that, we have been showing only what the county has presented and highly questioning everything.

  On a further note, we have more news coming soon thanks in part to Carl, (Chuck) Shipley.  We have an extensive number of documents that just came in and let me say, it sure looks like we have a questionable situation here.  Are we looking at back dating legal documents again?  That paperwork is already scanned into our computers and has been sent to numerous locations throughout the cloud and will be published soon.

This is a quick shout out to Carl (Chuck) Shipley of Gloucester County Animal Control.  Soon you will be invited to a meeting and it will be very important that you attend this meeting.  It's not something you are going to be expecting.  Once you attend this meeting you will know what the intention of this post is for.

  For those of you who do not know, Carl (Chuck) Shipley is the person in charge of Gloucester Animal Control.  Carl also happens to own a local carpet cleaning business known as Chuck's Carpet Cleaning.
http://www.chuckscarpetcleaning.com/Pages/default.aspx  This is the link to Carl Shipley's side business.  Again I have to question why the county allows full time employees under it's direction to own businesses that have a potential for a conflict of interest in county business.

  What does a carpet cleaning business have to do with animal control?  Well let's look at that shall we?  If you own animals and you hire Chuck's Carpet Cleaning to clean your carpets, is it possible that something might be seen at your home that an Animal Control Officer might find offensive?  Or if you are a really good customer, is it possible that something that an Animal Control Officer might see and find offensive just might be overlooked because you are such a good customer?

  Has anyone experienced having problems with Animal Control after having their carpets cleaned?  Have a dog and have a problem with Chuck's Carpet Cleaning service and don't think you should have to pay?  You may just find yourself being visited by Animal Control and finding that your dog is in violation of some county ordinance.  Has this happened?  Can't tell you yes or no.  Can it happen?  You bet it can.  Does that create a conflict of interest?  YES, YES, YES!
