IRS Admits Most Americans NOT Responsible For Income Taxes

April 15th, that dreaded date every year is the last day of the year to file your 1040 tax return or it is considered late.  Many American's file early.  But what if you do not even have to file?  What if you should not even have any taxes taken from your wages to begin with?  We have been studying this information for some time now and we keep getting the same information over and over that there simply is no law that requires most American's to file and or have any money taken out of your wages for income tax purposes.  Most American's simply do not owe the IRS any money.

Why do most people pay into the system then if they do not owe any money?  The IRS is not required to inform you as to whether or not you owe any money.  If you think you do, they are more than happy to allow you to pay them.  If you get the information wrong on your filing, then they can come after you even though you didn't owe the money.  You got the information wrong per their rules.  Can you just stop filing income taxes?  You want to do it in the correct manner because if you just stop, and having been paying into the system for years, then they believe you to be one of those folks who are required to pay income taxes.  You see, in their book, it is up to you to know the tax laws.  It is not up to them.

Watch the video above, and if you are still not convinced, there are plenty more videos that feature IRS agents, Senators, Congressmen and lawyers who will take you through the law.  In fact, here is yet another video.

Do your own research and verify what you learn here.  It may be worth a fortune to you.  It's a raise that won't cost anyone anything.  The government won't go out of business if you stop paying.  That is also covered in these videos.  Take the time to learn something new.

The Black Budget And Gloucester, Virginia

Please take the time to watch this video.  It will give you the proper background for you to better understand the rest of the story I am about to present here.

What a strange ride the video is.  But, can it possibly be true?  One has to look at the backgrounds of those reporting on this subject.  One area of talks is trillions of dollars that the government is missing and can not account for, and this is all verifiable.  More keeps turning up missing every day.  How can this be?  Is it really happening?  Well, let me tell you of a recent story that is going on here in Gloucester and some very strange events.  I can not say this is a Black Budget situation, but it smells like it very well could be.

SNAP.  Food benefits for those with incomes below a certain national average.  It starts from the Federal Government and is handled in each state by the state government and filters down to each locality.  So, many working families do get assistance for food if they qualify.  It's not a handout to those who are not willing to work only like so many people believe it is.  It is much needed by many as there are not that many good jobs left in this country.

Recently a family on SNAP had their benefits date altered and were not notified of this change.  Benefits were expected on the 1st of the month like they have always been but in September, those benefits were not there.  When the family inquired as to what was going on, they were told that because of the case number of that family fell on a certain number which meant that they were now scheduled for a new benefits date to begin on the 7th of each month.

Okay, no big deal except the family never received the notice.  I was informed of this and asked if SNAP was going to compensate the family for the week they were not receiving the usual benefits.  Answer?  They didn't really know.  In the past SNAP or Social Services did compensate for missing weeks.  So, I checked into the matter for them with a number of politicians I know and a few I have corresponded with in the past.  Here is what I learned.  From Social Services, the dates had to be offset as the food retailers gathered together and complained to our government that having benefits all start on the first of the month, the retailers could not properly manage the demand.  Rightfully so.  So the retailers asked for benefits to be staggered.  Rightfully so.

What I was looking at however, in the past Social Services compensated for any potential lost benefits in the past.  This time they are not.  Money is pooling somewhere on all of this.  The one family alone lost $125.00 for one week of lost benefits.  They were not complaining, but I wanted to know where that money is going.  $125.00 for one family.  This is happening to maybe one million families in this state alone.  If the average loss here is say $75.00 per family times 1 million families in the state of Virginia alone, that is a lot of money.  My first thought was this is all happening real close to election time.  Could someone be putting that money aside to try and rig the upcoming elections at the state level?  Stranger things have already happened folks.

Interesting news.  I get a call from one the the aids of one of our state representatives.  He has been stonewalled looking into this matter.  I have even sent inquires as high as Congressman Rob Wittman's office.  As of yet, no response from his office.  I just recently stumbled across the above video, looking at the people and credentials of these folks, I am seeing that there just might be something to this Black Budget despite it's insane underlying nature.  Maybe it's not all that far fetched.  There is a comment at the end of this video I really liked.  If you do not think conspiracies are real, try getting involved in one and see if you can disprove it first.  You may just learn more than you ever knew existed.  Yes, we are often considered a conspiracy theory site.  That is because conspiracies seem to actually exist everywhere.  Some are frosted with stupidity or some insanity, but there is usually still a good level of truth in most all of the far fetched conspiracies that you hear about.

So again, I can not say that state SNAP money that is not being accounted for is going to this Black Budget concept.  I can't say it isn't since those actually digging are getting stonewalled in their investigation.  You have to determine for yourself and do some research on your own and make up your own mind.

Our Present Educational Crisis, Part One, Common Core

In the above video, a mother from Arkansas destroys common core education in front of her local
officials.  Watch the video.  It's pretty shocking, especially if you do not really know what common core is about.  It's not about education folks.  It's about the full fledged dumbing down of our youth.  It makes no sense whatsoever.  And the school boards all across this country are all screaming for more money.

Here is the bottom line on what is really going on.  For the past 100 years education has been on a very steady downhill curve.  It's by design.  Can you think of a better plan to pull more money from people than to tell them you need more money to fix issues with education?  This ploy has been used on us for the same amount of time.  The state of education is falling, we need more money to fix it.  It never gets fixed.  It continues to get worse.  We need more money to fix this.  For a century we have been throwing money at a system that just keeps getting worse.  Blame the parents.

Over the next few months we are going to cover many areas on the present state of education in this country and in Gloucester.  That is if you want to call it education.  It's going to offend a number of people, especially those employed in the field.  But hey don't worry about that, we are working on a new sensitivity program for you so that you will no longer be offended, instead you will back everything we say.  On some early advice, we recommend a mass exiting of all students from the public school system as fast as possible.  You will fully understand why when we are done with this series.

The Constitution’s Week in Review – 11 Sep 15

4th Amendment.

The ACLU and I don’t agree on a lot of issues, but here’s one where we are of like mind: civil asset forfeiture. The Oklahoma ACLU studied the civil asset forfeiture records for counties lying adjacent to Interstate 40, which sort of bisects the state East to West, and found that of $6 Million in assets seized from 2009 to 2014, only about $2 Million came from people eventually charged with a crime; $4 Million came from people never charged with anything.

Operating under the belief that no one these days carries large amounts of cash unless they have engaged in or plan criminal activity, “policing for profit,” as it is sometimes called (another sheriff called it “pennies from heaven”) is a clear affront to 4th Amendment protections against warrantless search and seizure.

An attempt in Virginia this year to tighten the rules and provide more protections for citizens failed to pass. In Oklahoma, one brave Republican State Senator has introduced legislation to make this less lucrative (for instance: all proceeds go to the general fund rather than to the jurisdiction making the seizure) and, predictably, law enforcement agencies are fighting it hard, as they did in Virginia. Here’s a great rundown on the issue, courtesy of the Heritage Foundation.

Most people seem to take the position that this doesn’t affect them since they would never carry large sums of money, not realizing that “asset” includes more than mere cash; vehicles, homes and other property is also routinely seized. Everyone and anyone could be affected by this. If this bothers you, you know who to talk with.

Article 2 Presidential Powers.

I’m giving a presentation on Monday to a local Republican Women’s Club. They asked me to speak on Presidential Executive Orders. As if on que, President Obama issues anothercontroversial one, this time ordering paid sick leave for all federal contractor personnel. Apparently the President believes he has the statutory authority to unilaterally change the conditions for federal contracts, just not during his term of office. He has set this E.O. up so it takes effect after his predecessor takes office in 2017. Nice. I wonder if the new guy (gal?) will leave this in place?

I’m not going to go into any detail here on Executive Orders, I’ll save that for Monday’s presentation and maybe a future Constitutional Corner – it is rather complicated. But this order of President Obama may end up like Executive Order 12954, issued by President Clinton in 1995. Clinton attempted to stop the federal government from contracting with organizations that had strike-breakers on their payrolls. A federal appeals court invalidated that order because it conflicted with the National Labor Relations Act. A second order of Clinton’s, E.O. 13155, was also overturned. This one is going to cost the government a lot more money, we’ll see if Congress lets it ride. The most famous failed Executive Order was Harry Truman’s attempt to take over America’s steel mills. Shot down by the Supreme Court itself.

Transparency in the Judiciary.

The Supreme Court has placed themselves under great scrutiny of late, due largely to a series of questionable opinions, which have caused some (including moi) to re-examine our presumed “law of the land” doctrine. Another factor which often places our court system in an unfavorable light, is the fairly common prohibition of cameras in the courtroom. The rule makes it possible for courtroom artists to make a living, but otherwise tends to cloud the court in an aura of secrecy and non-transparency. Sure, most trials and hearings are open to the public, but who wants to take the time to attend unless you know someone involved in the case? And maybe there won’t be room if you get there late. Why not be able to watch from the comfort of your own home, with beer and chips at hand?

Every few years the prohibition of TV cameras during Supreme Court proceedings returns to the headlines and, of course, the media wants the proceedings open to photography of all kinds (did you know you can download audio recordings of Supreme Court oral arguments?). The Court, naturally, wants to retain a sense of decorum and avoid the circus atmosphere that accompanies trials or hearings with wide public interest (i.e., O.J. Simpson); but fourteen federal trial courts recently completed a four year study of the effect of video cameras, it will be interesting to what the study concludes.

What caused me to mention all this, however, was not the Supreme Court issue, but ratherthis article about the alleged questionable behavior of a municipal court judge in Georgia, caught by a hidden camera. I don’t attend trials or hearings as a practice, much too busy for that; and I’ve not been a defendant in one since 1968 (traffic court – boy that seems a long time ago), so I can’t say whether the judge’s behavior here was especially unusual or unprofessional. But here’s a case where a camera might have done some good in bringing questionable performance to light.

That’s all for now. We had a great time this morning on WFYL radio discussing “Kim Davis and the Rule of Law; we actually had two, count ‘em, two call-ins. Hope you joined us on “Listen Live.” If you didn’t, the podcast should be up on the website soon.

Time is fleeting to join us on Constitution Day to hear Dr. Herb Titus give us his view of the future effects of Obergefell v. Hodges. Herb is a great speaker, you won’t be disappointed. Go to www.face.net and sign up for Lessons in Liberty.

Attendance is also climbing for my first-ever “youth-only” Constitution Seminar (19 September), held in partnership with Constituting America. There is still room, but the class looks like it might actually fill. Don’t delay if you know any local ( to Tidewater Virginia) 14-18 year olds who need to learn their “Supreme Law of the Land.”

The thing that I'm having trouble with is the attitude of the White House, the Democrat Party and leftists. None of it...

As this issue continues to move forward it turns out that a 4th video has just been released and it is more shocking than any of the 3 previous videos.   People want to get rid of Confederate monuments but seem complacent on the issues of life?  People are upset about a lion being killed in some far away country but the murders going on in our own front yards mean nothing?  Now that is what you call very heavy indoctrination of the masses.  Swayed by big media that really cares nothing about you other than controlling your opinions.  At what point do you get involved and say enough is enough?  Yeah, we know, let someone else do it.

National Insanity Hits Mathews CountyThe

Posted by Marsha Maines on Thursday, July 30, 2015

The war against history that has been raging for weeks now has moved to Mathews County.  The supposed threat that history posses on some people who are ignorant has no end in sight.

The 4 clips above come from a popular Walt Disney cartoon featuring Donald Duck.  They promote racism and nazism.  Yet there is no public outcry against Walt Disney for having created a bunch of these types of cartoons.  What is interesting to note is the Nazi swastika is a slight variation from a very ancient religious symbol.  Everyone cries that we should not forget our world history so that we do not ever repeat it.  So one has to ask, if everyone is removing Civil War American History, we will be doomed to repeat that which some say is racism.  So are we really being told that these folks want a return to slavery?  People being bought and sold on blocks like cattle?  The Confederate flag was a sign of Confederate state rights.  Nothing about slavery.  Slavery did not come into play in the Civil War until Abraham Lincoln threw it in at a much later date well after the war started and the Confederate flag was created.

General Robert E Lee, Recollections and Letters from Chuck Thompson

Take a look at Robert E Lee's account of the Civil War and one has to ask if it was about slavery.  Slavery was an issue since it started in Colonial America and was despised by many.  The first slave owner in the Colonial America was a black freeman who had to take his claim to court in order to be allowed to own a slave.  The problem today is ignorance.  Its a lack of many of a true history education and that is by design.  Stop believing what you see on TV.  Its only entertainment and not designed to be accurate.  Liberal liberties are taken everywhere to keep you dumbed down.  The Confederate Flag is still a symbol to so many of American Freedom and rights.  Not about racism as only a very few claim.  Once again it seems we are going to let the few control the majority and allow the violation of our own rights and thoughts just dwindle to dust.
