Governor McAuliffe Statement on GSA’s Designation of Virginia as Potential FBI Headquarters Location

Governor Terry McAuliffe released the following statement after the U.S. General Services Administration announced that Springfield, Virginia is on the final list of three possible locations for the new Federal Bureau of Investigation headquarters:

                                                           

“Virginia’s inclusion on the final list of prospective sites for the new FBI headquarters is unquestionably positive news for our Commonwealth and economy. There is no doubt that the Springfield location offers the FBI and its employees the best combination of location, access to mass transit and local amenities. I look forward to continuing to work with Virginia’s congressional delegation to convince decision makers within the FBI that Virginia is the location for this headquarters and the thousands of jobs that come with it.”

How to Stop the FBI From Reading Your Email

If you take a listen to this broadcast, I do not care what you want to call it, it's a clear violation of everyone's privacy what the FBI is doing here as well as any other government agency.  I could care less what laws they are talking about as those laws are in direct violation of and or to the United States Constitution.  No questions about it.

GVLN - ICP HAS ANNOUNCED THEIR PLANS TO SUE THE FBI

Every year, the FBI releases its National Gang Threat Assessment List, which examines "emerging gang trends and threats posed by criminal gangs and communities throughout the United States." In 2011, Juggalos were added to the list. You already know about Juggalos, those zany, slap-happy, face-painted faygo-swillers who have made the Insane Clown Posse their religion. Well, now they're all members of a criminal gang, and Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope from ICP are gang leaders.

Well, ICP is about to start fighting back, and they're reacting by suing the FBI. Let me say that again and make it clearer. Insane Clown Posse is suing the Federal Bureau of Investigation. 

Last night, I was chilling with Joseph Bruce, AKA Violent J of ICP, in his bus at the 13th annual Gathering Of The Juggalos (I'm so happy I get to write that—thanks, VICE!). He told me that "ICP is going to do something huge for our fans, and the world. We're suing the FBI to be taken off their list. They're trying to kill our band, and we have to fight back."

In the weeks leading up to this year's Gathering of the Juggalos, ICP's attorneys warned that "there's no telling what's gonna happen at the Gathering this year. This is the first time we had the festival now that we're a 'gang.' According to the FBI, we're all at a gang rally, and our merchandise is gang apparel."

Although currently only considered a gang in four states, law enforcement in 21 states have identified and logged criminal Juggalo subsets. In those states, if an ICP fan is on probation, and he or she wears an ICP hat to a parole meeting, that's a violation of probation for wearing gang apparel.

"Let's get this straight," he continued, "a Juggalo is not a gang member. Consider a Juggalo that, 15 years ago, got a hatchet man tattoo or something. Now they've got a family, they're working in real estate or something, and they're driving home and get a speeding ticket. Next thing you know, he's in the gang file, and that will be taken into consideration in any trial. Suddenly, it ain't just somebody who fucked up, it's a gang member who fucked up, and they're getting a heavier sentence."

This just looks like a throw back to the 60's with modern day twists. Is this a real gang?  Does not look like one to us.  But this is what is making the news these days.

Gloucester, VA Courts To Create Conflict of Interest?

At this point, we have to ask the question as to who is going to hear this case from the articles below this one.  Will it be Judge Shaw?  If so there will be a clear conflict of interest as Judge Timothy Shaw was the judge in the case that we have been reporting on.

https://sites.google.com/site/gloucestervanews/  This is the link to the full story.  With published complaints against Judge Shaw on the way he handled the case, it would be an extremely clear conflict of interest.  Will it be Judge Long?  We have no personal issues with Judge Long however again, it is fair to claim a conflict of interest as Judge Shaw and Judge Long were and may still be business partners that also included Michael T Soberick who is the attorney we have also published serious complaints about.

  In fact, pretty much any Gloucester County Judge can be fairly claimed as a conflict of interest.  Gloucester County would be well served finding a judge from outside of the county with no discernible ties to any of the local judges or anyone in the local county government.  The court date and time is this Thursday, August 2nd, 2012 at the Gloucester County Courthouse at 3:00 PM.

  Special invitations have already been sent out to Delegate Kieth Hodges and commonwealth of Virginia senator Tommy Norment of the 3rd district to view this proceeding and watch out for any potential conflicts of interest as well as watch out for Gloucester County officials potentially once again making up their own laws as they go along.

  Other members of the press are being sent special invitations to attend this proceeding as well.  Anyone with an interest is also invited to attend to see how the county handles this matter.  At present, numerous Commonwealth Officials are being asked to investigate the corruption of Gloucester, VA officials from the Gloucester County Sheriff's Office, Gloucester, VA Animal Control, Gloucester, VA court clerks, several Gloucester County Commonwealth attorney's, potential corruption of county judge, Judge Shaw, local attorney Michael T Soberick, Holli M Cohoon, and others based on the evidence presented on this site as well as the linked site above and a special locked site where evidence is presented that will not be made public.

  Complaints have been sent to Kenneth T Cuccinelli II, Virginia Commonwealth Attorney General, Virginia Governor Robert F McDonnell, Delegate Kieth Hodges, Commonwealth Senator Tommy Norment, 3rd District of Virginia, the Virginia State Police, and the Newport News division of the FBI.

GVLN - NBC - FBI Raids NJ Capital's City Hall in Corruption Probe

The FBI searched offices in the New Jersey capital's city hall Thursday, NBC 4 New York exclusively reported, a day after raiding the home of the mayor in a growing corruption probe. A city hall worker told NBC 4 New York that federal agents were en route to the office of Trenton Mayor Tony Mack and other office. The FBI declined to comment on the investigation, but New Jersey's impoverished capital city has been marred during Mack's two-year administration by accusations of nepotism and reckless spending. Mack denied any wrongdoing just after the Wednesday morning raid of his home.
