Accident On 17 North, Hayes May 15th, 2015: Man Hit While Riding Bicycle

An accident on route 17 North Bound occurred on Friday afternoon, May 15th, 2015.  A man was riding his bicycle along the shoulder of the highway.  From what we have been able to learn he was trying to avoid debris along the shoulder when he accidently pulled out in front of traffic getting hit.  Luckily as we understand it, the man hit on the bicycle did not sustain any life threatening injuries.  The accident happened just across the street from the Tidewater Motel.

Sheriff's deputies responded along with local paramedics and one State Police officer.  The man's bike was going to be left standing against a telephone pole along the highway but good neighbors have moved it across the street and put it into storage inside a commercial building located at 3682 B George Washington Memorial hwy.  Next door to the Tidewater Motel.  The bicycle is still in very good shape except the seat was destroyed by the accident.  The owner of the bicycle can pick up the bicycle anytime by visiting the location listed above.

The driver of the vehicle that hit the bicycle is not identified as it was one of those very unfortunate accidents that from what we have learned, was not the drivers fault.  The vehicle did sustain some damage to the front end.

It proved to be a bad day for two people.

You Do Not Need A Driver's License For The Average Man or Woman

Here is yet another must watch video, showing that the average man or woman, does not need to have or posses a driver's license to travel down the road or highway.  That means when you get a ticket, they are robbing you at gunpoint.  That also means that the judges are also robbing you at gunpoint.  You need to be armed with the knowledge on how to stop these criminals from infringing on your rights.

If you do not exercise your rights, then you have none.  So you must know and exercise them in order to actually have them.  Watch this video and understand it to the fullest.  Research the information.  We have been researching this for some time and now we are sharing as much as we can to help you protect yourself.

This video shows you a number of illegal statutes that are in the what are called law books?  So called laws that you may be violating?  Codes, statutes and or ordinances are strictly the color of law and not actual law.  But they rob you with very nasty tricks they created for you to purposely not understand.  This is by design.

Now the word is getting out.  You can legally ignore these statutes, codes and or ordinances with impunity according to the laws of the united states Constitution of America.  We will cover that in the future.  The criminals are wearing uniforms and or robs or suits.  They claim to be upholding the law, yet they violate it at every level.  And they wonder why we no longer trust any of them?  Really?

Let's be fair.  There are some very decent people locked into this criminal system being used against us.  They are being forced to do their jobs in order to keep food on their own tables and roofs over their heads and their families.  They know what they are doing is wrong and try to do what they can to protect people.  But there are others who only view you as chattle and they want to take everything they can from you.

If you are facing a traffic ticket and think you cannot defend yourself, you must realize that you can.  Everything you need is right here.  If you are saying to yourself that someone should do something about all of this, then why not be that somebody?  You be the somebody to do something about it.  We are fighting this everyday.  We can't be the only ones doing so.  The more people who fight these folks, the better we will all be.  We are all fighting for our rights.  If we do not stand up for our rights, then we have none.  You surrender them by your own inaction.  That means you can only blame yourself for the loss of your rights.

Are you willing to keep paying these folks for crimes you have not committed but they have?  They are committing the crimes against you and you are letting them?  You deserve no rights if that is the case.

This of course is not legal advice.  If you want legal advice, you must contact a British Bar attorney who unlawfully practices a franchise within the borders of the united states of America against the laws of the united states Constitution and the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Virginia.  You are then free to pay them for advice that will not work in your favor for the most part.  You are then free to have that attorney cut some form of deal on your behalf that will not help you in most cases.  But at least you think you have gotten the best deal you could get.  Good luck with that.

Commonwealth Taking Additional Steps to Safeguard Against Ebola - SPREAD THE FEAR!

(In An  Effort To Spread The Fear:)

Governor McAuliffe pledges to provide interagency approach to manage the threat

Governor Terry McAuliffe announced today that the Commonwealth is taking additional steps to strengthen the level of preparedness for the Ebola virus by mobilizing a statewide unified command group. This group is responsible for coordinating resources and personnel.

“The Virginia Department of Health works every day to prevent the spread of infectious diseases of all kinds,” said Governor McAuliffe. “The department’s focus will be to keep the community informed, and ensure that, if there is any risk, the appropriate public health actions will be taken.”

The statewide unified command group will be composed of officials from the Governor’s Office, Department of Health, Department of Emergency Management, State Police, Department of Social Services, Department of Transportation, Virginia National Guard, Department of Environmental Quality, Department of Education, the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and others.

“Ebola prevention is based on principles and approaches that we use every day,” said State Health Commissioner Marissa J. Levine, MD, MPH, FAAFP. “However, there are unique aspects of Ebola that require us to make sure our plans and processes are up to date for this new concern.”

Dr. Levine has activated the regional hospital coordinating system, which was developed after 9-11 and the anthrax attack of 2001, to assess our capability in each region of the state and ensure appropriate coordination. The Virginia Department of Health will lead the state’s ongoing health preparedness efforts supported by these other agencies.

VDH, including its 35 health districts and local health departments, is working closely with the state laboratory (Division of Consolidated Laboratory Services), individual hospitals and first responders/EMS to make sure they have adequate training and protocols, established with the best guidance available, to care for Ebola patients safely. Following these guidelines thoroughly will help health care workers who are caring directly for patients with Ebola stay safe from infection.

Over the next several weeks, this group will be developing additional statewide protocols for first responders to enhance their safety and readiness.

Gloucester, VA Courts To Create Conflict of Interest?

At this point, we have to ask the question as to who is going to hear this case from the articles below this one.  Will it be Judge Shaw?  If so there will be a clear conflict of interest as Judge Timothy Shaw was the judge in the case that we have been reporting on.

https://sites.google.com/site/gloucestervanews/  This is the link to the full story.  With published complaints against Judge Shaw on the way he handled the case, it would be an extremely clear conflict of interest.  Will it be Judge Long?  We have no personal issues with Judge Long however again, it is fair to claim a conflict of interest as Judge Shaw and Judge Long were and may still be business partners that also included Michael T Soberick who is the attorney we have also published serious complaints about.

In fact, pretty much any Gloucester County Judge can be fairly claimed as a conflict of interest.  Gloucester County would be well served finding a judge from outside of the county with no discernible ties to any of the local judges or anyone in the local county government.  The court date and time is this Thursday, August 2nd, 2012 at the Gloucester County Courthouse at 3:00 PM.

Special invitations have already been sent out to Delegate Kieth Hodges and commonwealth of Virginia senator Tommy Norment of the 3rd district to view this proceeding and watch out for any potential conflicts of interest as well as watch out for Gloucester County officials potentially once again making up their own laws as they go along.

Other members of the press are being sent special invitations to attend this proceeding as well.  Anyone with an interest is also invited to attend to see how the county handles this matter.  At present, numerous Commonwealth Officials are being asked to investigate the corruption of Gloucester, VA officials from the Gloucester County Sheriff's Office, Gloucester, VA Animal Control, Gloucester, VA court clerks, several Gloucester County Commonwealth attorney's, potential corruption of county judge, Judge Shaw, local attorney Michael T Soberick, Holli M Cohoon, and others based on the evidence presented on this site as well as the linked site above and a special locked site where evidence is presented that will not be made public.

Complaints have been sent to Kenneth T Cuccinelli II, Virginia Commonwealth Attorney General, Virginia Governor Robert F McDonnell, Delegate Kieth Hodges, Commonwealth Senator Tommy Norment, 3rd District of Virginia, the Virginia State Police, and the Newport News division of the FBI.

GVLN - VA State Police Spy Cameras

Gloucester VA Links and News

GVLN
- VA State Police Spy Cameras

Well you really can not call them spy cameras, but it is big brother watching in the newest ways. We spotted this VA State Police vehicle in Yorktown and took some pictures of the new equipment.

With the first picture, we can see a set of cameras on the back end of the vehicle.  Notice how they are angled out and downwards. These cameras read your license plate as you drive by or they drive by you. The camera sends the information onto the computers in the vehicles and then feeds the information into a main database and checks background information. If you have any outstanding tickets or possibly a warrant for your arrest? Your busted. The speed on the transfer is pretty fast in most cases.

Here is a closeup view of the side and back of one of the cameras. All one of the police officers has to do these days is drive through a parking lot and they can scan every vehicle amazingly fast. It's no longer a guessing game. No one has to call in for plate information. The information to the police officer is near instant.
This is a front view of the camera. Again these are mounted on each side of the rear of the vehicle on both sides. The police officer does not have to drive up and down a lane twice to read all the plates on the lot.
Inspection overdue? They got you. Outstanding ticket somewhere?  Your busted. Late on child support? Could find yourself in a lot of trouble the moment you walk out of a store or even just drive down
the road.

Stolen plates? Your done for. Now these are not on all of the vehicles yet, but it's coming. The state police are the first to have these, but it's only a matter of time before all the locals have them as well. What is next? Face recognition technology. Cameras will scan your face and you could be identified through a central database.  Issues with that and legal nightmare cases that will come from the technology when it gets launched will be a outrageous. The high level of mis-identifications will not be pleasant.

As police cars become more high tech, the costs for each car is becoming ridiculous. The cameras on the car above are not cheap, plus they have to be configured with custom software and then there is the central data base that covers all 50 states. We have no idea at this time if these cameras are using the regular police computer laptops in the cars or if they have a special computer they have to go through.
