12 Busted In Drug Sting In Gloucester, Virginia - Spice and Bath Salts Found

Gloucester Historic Courthouse Circle - By Chu...

GLOUCESTER — Twelve people were arrested Thursday in Gloucester and another suspect is being sought out of state following an investigation into the sales of synthetic drugs such as spice and bath salts.
Nearly 50 officers from various agencies participated in "Operation Direct Pressure" this morning in Gloucester, said Sheriff Darrell Warren.
Investigators were seen conducting searches at two shops in Gloucester. One shop on Route 17 in Hayes is called "Hazy Dayz" and the other shop on Route 14 in the Court House area is called "A Lil of This N A Lil of That."

Warren said he was not able to comment on the identities of the people arrested or the precise charges pending their appearances in court. The suspects are expected to make their initial appearances in Gloucester County General District Court on Friday.

12 people are behind bars Thursday night after police raided both “Hazy Dayz” and ”A Lil of This N That,” two Gloucester County businesses suspected of selling synthetic narcotics such as bath salts and spice.
The arrests follow a lengthy investigation by several agencies, dubbed “Operation Direct Pressure,” aimed at combatting sales of the synthetic narcotics. Gloucester County Sheriff Darrell Warren says the investigation was conducted by members of the Tri-Rivers Drug Task Force comprised of narcotics investigators from the sheriff’s offices of Gloucester, York-Poquoson, Mathews, and Middlesex.
Something Gloucester teen Iesha Cox says should have been done sooner. She says her friend was recently sent to the hospital after overdosing on spice.
“It’s very upsetting because that could have been his life,” Cox says. “That could have taken his life away.”
Megan Watkins has always lived in Gloucester. She says the culture of using the drugs has gotten out of hand.
“It’s pretty bad,” she says. “I mean I’m in EMS. I’m volunteering and we get a lot of calls for you know spice and bath salts, stuff like that, so I’d say it’s a pretty large range of people who do it.”
Nearly 50 officers including hazmat and emergency management crews helped with the raids Thursday.
    Read this rest here.

Now can the sheriff's office actually go after the real drugs and real drug dealers?  Anyone care to bet that these cases get thrown out because the ingredients in the spice and bath salts end up that they have not yet been banned in the state?  It makes for nice publicity anyway.

Gloucester, VA - Readers Respond, Ben Coffey Missing

    A reader has asked the following question;

Killing Killers has left a new comment on your post "Gloucester, VA - Ben Coffey Missing Something Not ...":

Following this case too over at on Killing Killers--where did you find the info about Coffey checking to see if his boats were still there? I followed your link, but either the reference was removed from that news article or it was never there.

Let me know if you have this source handy someplace so I can read it and then post a case update for my own weblog visitors.

    E.R

The answer, requires a correction.  We did not catch what we first read properly.

reprinted from the site, On Friday, Terry and his son-in-law went down to where Ben docks his boat to check if they were still docked there.  They found both boats.

    http://wtvr.com/2013/01/06/man-missing-in-tappahannock/

It was the father and son-in-law that went searching for Ben's boats.  Our own opinion, Ben saw something he should not have seen or was watching something that someone else wanted and did anything to get it.  That something was most likely in Gloucester County.  http://www.gloucestercounty-va.com/2012/12/gloucester-va-local-terrorist.html  This is an internal link to one of our other stories.  We caution that the first part of the story is fictional.  Rumors have abounded Gloucester County for decades over local police and official corruption.  Part of those rumors center around the Colonial Parkway murders and how they were done by a local Gloucester County Sheriff's deputy.  Other rumors include how local sheriff's deputies break into peoples houses and that whenever any murder suicide or even a suicide occurs, it should be considered a highly suspicious event in Gloucester County.

    MAXpc 300X300

There are even rumors about how a past Sheriff who commited suicide was actually bumped off for what he knew.  No investigation was ever done other than to call it a suicide.   Further rumors abound about the folks at the historical society and how they go about getting what they want.  How do you prove rumors?  We have been working on a particular case that has corruption writen all over it and fighting it for some time now.  https://sites.google.com/site/gloucestervanews/  This is a link to that story.  Striclty a personal opinion, and no disrespect to the family meant here, Ben is at the bottom of a river and is crab bait.  I hope to God I am wrong.

This site started over 4 years ago and was meant to be a positive impact and promotion of the county.  It has since become a battleground with the county.  When the site was more a positive aspect for the county, no one cared.  When it became a battleground, readership went through the roof.  We are read all over the world and have between 1,200 to over 2,000 viewers per day now.  In those early days, we were doing well when we hit 30 viewers per day.  As an entier entity, we are producing over 6,000 hits per day on a regular basis between our various sites.  Some days we are over 12,000 hits in a single day.  So the battles continue.  To coin a phrase, everyone loves a bloodbath, it's good for business.  Sad, isn't it?

How To Protect Yourself From Animal Control And The Tricks That They Use

Wile E. Coyote Business Card .. Genius .. Have...
We have been investigating Animal Control for several years now and we have interviewed numerous people to compile a list of interesting facts that we are going to share.  It would seem that Animal Control in many areas throughout the nation is out of control.  Citizen rights are being violated in the name of so called animal protection.  Some cases are fully justified while there is growing evidence that there are a lot that are not in the least bit justified and are nothing more than true violations of citizen rights.  So we are publishing this article to level the playing field so that those of you animal lovers never become a victim of unjustified violations of your rights.
    English: Olympus Digital Voice Recorder
English: Olympus Digital Voice Recorder (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

One of the issues that has come up to our attention time and time again is that Animal Control Officers carry pocket digital voice recorders.  They conceal these in their pockets and when they go onto a property, they record everything that goes on.  Not a bad thing in itself, however, they never tell you that they have one of these on them and they do not tell you that you are being recorded.  These recordings sometimes end up in court and are used against you.  What has been reported to us numerous times is that the recordings have been altered from what was really said.  In the event you think this is nothing but hot air, we are going to give you a link to one of our other sites where we obtained altered animal control voice recordings.
https://sites.google.com/site/gloucestervanews/  These recordings were used against a person in a court of law.  They were altered from every test we could conduct on the recordings.

If animal control shows up on your property, one of the first things to ask them is, "Do you have a voice recorder on you"?  Are you recording this conversation?  Tell them that you do not consent to being recorded.  If it's your property, even if you are only renting, you have a right not to consent to being recorded.  Each question they ask you, start out your answer with, "I do not consent to being recorded".  Then answer their question.

What we highly recommend is keeping a camera around or close by and should animal control show up on your property, immediately start video recording them.  You want your own records in the event they take you to court.  As long as they are on your property, you have the right to video record them.  If they get out of line then upload the video to every site you can think of such as You Tube.  Here is a list of 31 sites beyond You Tube for posting that video.
http://chaos-laboratory.com/2007/08/30/top-31-free-alternatives-to-youtube-video-hosting-sites/  It's called leveling the playing field.

Another tactic that Animal Control and some police and or sheriff's deputies use is intimidation tactics to get you to violate your own rights.  They use the power of their badge and gun to just walk right into your home, garage, storage area or any other personal area.  If you try and challenge them, some will tell you that they have the right to do this.  After all they are wearing a badge and have a big scary gun on them.  Don't be fooled.  They do not have the right to enter your private area without a valid search warrant.  Make them get one if it's that important.

We have seen a sheriff's deputy barge right into a private home because of a noise complaint.  This deputy was nasty as all get out and in complete violation of the renters rights.  We have interviewed several different families that have had Animal Control barge right into the house of the owners and take away their pets.  There was nothing wrong with the pets.  The owner in one case had made a complaint about a pesky raccoon in the area.

Just because someone is wearing a badge and carrying a gun does not give them the right to violate your private home.  In the event that this does happen to you, we highly recommend that you locate your local state police telephone number and put it into your contacts on your phone.  You will want to tell the local animal control officer that he or she is violating your rights and that they must leave or you are going to call the state police and file charges against them.  You can also do this against your local police or sheriff's deputies if your rights are being violated.

Even if you are just being served papers, video tape everything as we have heard of numerous cases where the police have mis stated facts in order to mis lead the ones being served.  Check over the papers you have been served with a fine tooth comb and question everything.  Look up the laws the papers say you have violated that are listed on the warrants and see if you are actually in violation of those laws or if you are just being hoodwinked.  Do not be intimidated by any of these people.  Most of our public servants are not bad people and are just doing their jobs so please keep this in mind.  This information is just to cover areas for when people are having their rights violated and this issue is growing.  If you are dealing with an honest person, they should not have any problems with you recording them to protect yourself.

And that is the name of this game.  Self protection.  Because if you are targeted for whatever reason, you are going to need proof of the violations.  The only way to stop these violations is to level the playing field.  Police use video camera's in their patrol cars, you can use your own as well.  Do not ever let any officer enter your private property without a search warrant.  It's a violation of your rights.  If they enter and you have told them to leave and they do not leave, call your local state police and file charges against that person.

Do not be intimidated into not filing charges.  File them.  Now there are cases where animal control do have the right to enter onto private property and inspect animals without any kind of search warrant.  If you are running a business with any kind of animals on your property, then you must allow inspections during normal business hours.  You still have the right to video record animal control during the inspections, but you do need to allow the inspections.  Inspections only apply to the areas where animals are kept.  Not into other areas of your business or home.  Please check your local and state laws for more information.

Darrell Warren Laughing All The Way To The Polls On Tuesday

Present acting Gloucester County Sheriff, Darrell Warren was overheard in a local place laughing with his friends about his upcoming election.  Mr Warren does not really have any real threat contenders running against him in this campaign.

Mr Warren's only contender is Clarence Bowser who has run in past elections and at best has only managed to collect about 5% of any of the votes.  We find it very interesting that Darrell Warren is going for the most part uncontested in this non race, race.  In the past, there have been a number of people who have stepped up and shown interest in the Sheriff's position.  The contest in the past however was against Steve Gentry.  Last year Steve Gentry stepped down from the position right after just having won the election.

It was a very strange move for someone who had just won an election to all of a sudden step down.  Inside word as to the real reasons are shocking, however, we will not reveal what we know on this at this time.  We have nothing against Darrell Warren as we do not even know the guy.  We just find this race at this point and time to be highly unusual.  If you do not like either choice, write in for someone else instead of leaving the option blank.  Let your vote count.

Sunrise Donuts and Holly Cohoon In The News Again

This attached article to the left is reprinted under the fair use laws of the US.  It is an article from the Gloucester Mathews Gazette Journal from October 11th, 2012.  Just a few weeks ago.  We delayed posting a story on this so as not to interfere with the fund raising activities this was to bring about.  Now that the time has passed, we find it highly interesting that Holly would even consider something like this.  If you recall, she sent us several emails and in one of those emails she made a very strong claim that she did not like her 911 call center job at the Gloucester County Sheriff's Office and was not friends with any of the employees there.  She did not attend their parties or mix with them and could not wait to get out of that place.  Well this seems like a very cozy arrangement between the Gloucester County Sheriff's Office and Holly allowing one of Gloucester's deputies to raise funds at Holly's shop, Sunrise Donuts.  Is this more evidence from the girl who claims she does not lie, lying to us?  Sure looks that way.

The more we dig on Holly's background, the more we see that nothing she seems to communicate is worth even a cent.  How is it that someone who was waiting for a loan, gets a loan and adds rooms onto a house and the house goes down in value, opens a business, and buys two very expensive vehicles?  Holly and her husband have matching his and hers Toyota Land Cruisers.  Base price?  $78,000.00 each.  We did the math on how much the shop has to make to break even.  From what we have observed, the shop comes no where close to the numbers needed to break even, let alone make a profit.

Is the Sunrise Donuts shop a front?  If so, for who and who financed it?  This is just a very off the wall question we have been looking at since the math makes no sense.  We have no proof that the store is any kind of front.  Holly is welcome to comment on any of these articles at any time.

Gloucester County sheriff’s deputies have arrested two teens in connection to multiple crimes in the Gloucester County area.
According to Capt. Ryan Cookson with the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office, Holden Michael Patrick, 18, and Aaron Sekou Starks, 18, both of Gloucester, are facing several charges stemming from crimes dating back to July.
On Aug. 20,  deputies responded to the Powhatan Chimney subdivision for a report of two people that seemed to be trying to break into vehicles. At the same time, deputies received a call for a burglary in the 6700 block of Powhatan Drive. A vehicle was said to have been stolen from the home.
Cookson said the stolen vehicle was located on the York County side of the Coleman Bridge and a pursuit ensued with York County deputies. The vehicle was later stopped behind Yorktown Middle School, where three suspects ran.
Patrick was apprehended by the York County Sheriff’s Office and the stolen vehicle was recovered.
Further investigation revealed Starks as a second suspect and both Starks and Patrick were linked to the following crimes, according to deputies:

Gloucester, VA - Three in custody following Gloucester armed robbery

    10:00 a.m. EDTSeptember 4, 2012

GLOUCESTER — A Hampton teen, a Gloucester man and a New York man are in custody on armed robbery charges after they allegedly brandished handguns early Saturday morning before taking cash and other items from victims sitting in a vehicle at Damon's Sports Bar & Grill.
The Gloucester County Sheriff's Office received the report of the armed robbery at 2:49 a.m., said Lt. Scott Little. The victims said three perpetrators ran up to their vehicle with bandannas covering faces while flashing handguns.
After obtaining cash and other items, the three suspects left in a dark Nissan Sentra. A short time later on Hickory Fork Road, Gloucester Sheriff's deputies saw a vehicle matching that description traveling east and attempted to stop it. A short pursuit followed until the vehicle stopped on Ashley Street.
One suspect fled from the vehicle while the other three were taken into custody, Little said. Arrested on charges of robbery, grand larceny, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony were Morris Kristen Persaud, 25, of Queens, N.Y., and Malcolm William Minerve, 24, of Sherwood Drive in Gloucester

Gloucester, VA Sheriff's Race - Two Candidates Now On The Ballet

    Republican Party (United States)
Republican Party (United States) (Photo credit: Wikipedia)
Clarence Bowser and Darrell Warren are the two candidates now seeking election this fall for the Sheriff's position.  Clarence Bowser is running as an independent and Darrell Warren is running under the Republican platform.  There are no other challengers to Darrell Warren from inside the Sheriff's Office this time although Clarence Bowser is an ex sheriff's deputy from the Gloucester County Sheriff's Office.

This is not the first time Clarence Bowser has run for this position but he gets very little local press compared to other candidates in past campaigns.  Clarence has written a book and it is available on Amazon.  The name of that book is Penalty of Justice: The Pro Se.  CLICK HERE to see the title on Amazon.  You can also read a good section of the book to get a feel for it right on the Amazon site.

A section above seems to have a misspelled word after star which should read medal.  In the opening is a misused word, tricky should read trickery.  The above is re printed under fair use laws for this news story.

Ex 911 Operator Holli M Cohoon Responds

    Sunday at 9-1-1

Image representing Facebook as depicted in Cru...
    Image via CrunchBase
We recently have had several emails from Holli M Cohoon, the one who was the 911 operator in the case we have been covering for several months now.  We are going to show you what her response to all of this has been.  Before we show you her response, we are reprinting the information in question.
In order to follow the entire story, you can CLICK HERE and go to our site where the only thing on the site is evidence of this case.  We are now starting off with the soundtrack from the 911 call.

Now keep in mind, we took the 911 call recording and had it analyzed by a 911 call center professional who informed us every area where the call recording was in violation of 911 call protocols.  We were informed that there are only two ways to interpret this recording.  One, it's fake.  Two, it;s a cut up piece of evidence or in other words, highly tampered with.  Now this is just the 911 recording itself.  We have not even begun to touch on the other two pieces below this recording.

Now let's look at Holli's own testimony that comes directly from the court transcripts.   To open with, Holli states that the 911 recording that you just heard above is a true and correct copy of the 911 call she received.  Holli then claims that she can not remember if she called the victim in this case back or if the victim called her back.  This was only a few months after the incident.  Question right here.  Where is the recording of this second call?  According to the Gloucester County Sheriff's Office, all calls from that time period have since been erased and that there is no evidence that even this call took place.  They have no record of it.  I have the email from them on this.  So without evidence of there being a second call, no second call ever took place.

Now I also have to ask the question, where did Holli come up with the victim being armed with a shovel?  All one has to do is listen to the above 911 recording again and at no time is a shovel mentioned.  In fact, a gun is not mentioned either, yet you hear Holli state not one but two times for the victim to not shoot out that door.  Holli's testimony here about the victim having a shovel can only come from having conversations with both sheriff's deputies and animal control officers in collusion to develop their evidence story.  In other words, it sure looks like Holli is lying and perjuring herself to no end.

The second audio recording we have numerous people stating what they heard Holli say that is in direct conflict with the 911 call recording as well as Holli's own testimony.  At this point there was enough to throw this case out.  In our opinion, Michael T Soberick was either a lousy 10 cent lawyer or he was misrepresenting his client and working more for the county.

Now let's look at Holli M Cohoon's recent statements to all of this.  Sent via her Facebook account email.

I dont normally use this facebook account and just saw this message. Perhaps you should think outside your circle of friends and attempt to get all statements before publishing info. I have no idea about your "fun raid" theory. I simply answered a 911 call and was told by another dispatcher that an officer was at the door with animal control and to tell the caller the same. When the caller disconnected from the 911 call, I called her back on a landline! I dont know why the second call was not taken to court as I stated in testimony! I didnt and dont have access to the "taped call database"... that would be my prior supervisor! ASK her! Perhaps it was "gone" by the time the tape was requested because it was a landline, I DONT KNOW! The 911 call you have on your site is NOT altered in any way as I recall the conversation, but I did call her back! I DID NOT LIE in court, I DID NOT recieve a "payoff" and I DONT know of any conspieracy.. I dont even know which deputies were on her property other than Sgt. Emauelle. Perhaps thats why I was told to answer that perticular 911 call !! Lets get the "new girl"! I worked at the sheriffs office less than 2 years while preparing to open a business. It was not my "cup of tea" and VERY well known! I was not friends with or in any circle of friends within the sheriffs office.. didnt attend parties, gossip etc. I am a "come here" and left the Glou Shefiffs Office as soon as I got a loan for the business. You are "investigating" the wrong person, I am requesting that you take all info about me and my business off your website and turn your attention torwards those who know what the hell when on that day. Like I said, I was new to this county, an outsider, and have no idea about all the crazy crap that goes on in Gloucester County "good ol'boy" Society. Just wish we hadnt moved to this crazy place! Thanks!

To begin with, just because she claims she does not use that facebook page does not mean she didn't get the message as the message would have went straight to her email account.  Strike one.  Second, she is arguing about getting her side of the story before publishing any story.  Well, this was the chance.  She didn't want to respond before this.  Third, I never asked her about any kind of fun raid. she got that from reading this site.  That's three strikes already.

Now this is where everything really becomes interesting.  Holli claims she was told to answer the 911 call from the victim and that there was already a deputy and animal control on the property?  Major violations of 911 protocol.  How did the 911 operators know this ahead of time?  This is very serious stuff Holli just released.

And now Holli, who after 3 months, based on her own testimony now states that she called the victim back when she stated in a court she could not remember who called who?  This is now more than two years later?  And what is with the land line statement?  Is she telling us that all 911 calls are not land line calls coming in?

Also, now Holli is saying that there is a second phone call?  The sheriff's department has no record of a second phone call.  Someone here is lying.  Holli is also saying that the 911 call above is not altered.  She states this above.  Well then she blatantly refused to follow protocol for 911 emergency procedures then?  That's what she is saying otherwise.  She states she did not lie in court.  Where did the shovel come from Holli?  There is no evidence of any conversation of a shovel.  You didn't lie?  Really?  I'm having a very hard time believing that.

One also has to love her statement, "I did not receive a payoff."  No one ever said she did.  Isn't it interesting that she brings this up?  Now another interesting area here at this point is Holli making the claim," let's get the new girl.",  What does that mean?  Is she saying she was setup?  Why would she even think that somehow she might have been setup?

Another interesting area is Holli's statement that she was only working the 911 call center until a loan came through for her to open up her present business, Sunrise Donuts. Try and get a 911 call center job sometime.  One goes through a lot to qualify for that job.  The background checks and intense interviews are not easy to pass.  It's not like getting a job at Wal Mart.  It's a career job.  A tough job no question about it, but it's not something one goes into while waiting for a loan.

Holli makes it very clear here that everyone at the Sheriff's office knew she hated her job?
Is this why she thinks that maybe she was setup somehow?  And at the end of this first communication she claims that she was an outsider who could not wait to get out of her job as she was not comfortable there?  And why was she not comfortable?  That is very interesting.

    Now here is Holli's second response;

    Holli M Cohoon  1:32am Aug 9

"Not long after leaving the sheriff's office, she gave false statements in court against the victim in our news stories and also received a very large sum of money from the Gloucester Sheriff's Office.
Not long after that, Holli opened a new business.. One could say that the Sunrise Donuts Shop has been financed by the tax payers of Gloucester County as the Sheriff's Office is not supposed to be a money making enterprise. The finances come from we the tax payers."
Whatever wording you choose.. the above sounds like a "payoff". Again, I did not recieve "a large sum of money" from the Sheriffs Office. Or any sum of money from the Sheriffs Office. No, I dont believe I was "set up" , my comment was facetious. I was simply the second chair dispatcher that day. I have given you my side of the story, the truth. Its just not nearly as exciting as the version you are posting. I find it interesting that you say you dont publish the so called "victims" name in your report, yet I am now a victim and you have no problem posting mine. I am being wrongfully accused of lying and being involved in a 'conspiracy", it is quite hurtful and damaging to my reputation. In reguards to the recent posting about how I got -  Name removed' - address for the Protective Order.. I was not assisted by the Sheriffs Office, I just"googled" her name. Just goes to show how something so simple can be turned around to a sinister nature. Again, I request that you do not post anything else about me or my business.

The top part of this response has to do with another article written about Holli.  We received inside information from someone close to Holli who volunteered a great deal of news to us.  Everything we were able to check came out verified and one area we could not verify without breaking a number of laws, so in a case like this, one has to deem the information as being valid based on all other verified information.

We could not report the exact statements given to us as it has the potential to reveal the person who gave us this information.  If that should happen, the person who revealed the information would then have to file protective orders against Holli in fear of retaliation.  With that said, we are still not revealing the exact information that was given to us and we are choosing to protect the informant.  To clarify though, there is no reason to believe that Holli received some kind of direct payoff for lying in court.  That was not our statement and never has been.

The second part of this response deals with Holli now claiming to be a victim.  It's fair to say that she has become a victim.  While these responses have been going on, this is the same time that Holli had filed for protective orders against the victim in this case.  The first hearing was in Holli's favor but was contested and an appeal was filed.  The appeal was held a little over a week later.

Judge Long heard the appeal, in our opinion, there is a clear conflict of interest here in having Judge Long hearing that appeal, we reported before the first hearing that judge Long was one of the people who should not hear this case because of potential conflicts of interest.  However, we have reviewed all the details on this case already and will not press that issue.  Based on information that came out in the protective order hearing, I have to side with Judge Long.  He was correct in granting the order.

The details mainly are based on a video the victim shot outside of Holli's Sunrise Donuts shop and then posted the video on Facebook and then proceeded to post some comments afterwards that were considered to be a potential threat to Holli.

Now here is where the story continues to twist and turn and get even more bizarre.  The behavior could not be considered normal.  The victim has since been to a doctor and diagnosed as suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, or PTSD.  Please CLICK HERE  to see more about PTSD from the Mayo Clinic's website.  Though this does NOT justify the victim's actions, it does explain the victim;s actions against Holli,

The victim in this case has been through so much over the past several years that she keeps reliving the entire event of the illegal raid and all the issues that have followed.  The victim lives in a constant state of fear because of all of these issues.  She worries about suffering another illegal raid and even possibly being killed by the local Sheriff's Office Deputies or Animal Control Officers.  She also worries about what the courts may do and that they might try to lock her up.  This is an everyday event for her.  This is what numerous county officials and employees have created.

Now there are other interesting statements that Holli makes in her remarks.  She states that she has told the truth but is now being put into the middle of a conspiracy.  Does this mean that she knows that a conspiracy exists?  And if she knows that a conspiracy exists, why is she going along with it?  That would make her a part of the conspiracy and lying to cover it up.  Each time she has sent a response to us, she has had some very serious holes in her story that open a lot more questions.

http://www.facebook.com/holli.cohoon?sk=friends&v=friends&ft_ref=fbsa  Here is a link to Holli's friends page on Facebook.  She claims to not have been friends with people in the Gloucester County Sheriff's Office.  These remarks are right on this page in her own writing.   Her page sure tells another story.  She has a bunch of friends from the Gloucester County Sheriff's office.  But remember Holli does not lie.  She told us so herself numerous times.  In the event she removes these friends, we have taken numerous screen shots that show the state of friends on this date and time.  Friends from the Gloucester County Sheriff's Office, Animal Control and local county court system.
