RICHMOND - Governor Bob McDonnell today announced appointments to the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia and the State Board of Community Colleges. He also announced appointments to six other Virginia boards and commissions. Further announcements regarding additional appointments in the McDonnell administration will continue to be made in the months ahead.
