One Killed In Gloucester, VA Accident Saturday Morning, Oct,. 12th, 2013

GLOUCESTER COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) - A driver is facing a long list of charges following a deadly accident Saturday in Gloucester.

State Police said a pickup truck was headed north on Low Ground Road when it ran off the right side, into a ditch, and then hit a tree. It happened just after 9:30 a.m., less than a mile south of Zack Road.

The passenger in the truck, identified as 29-year-old Richard Gibson III, was killed.

State Police have not released the name of the driver, who was charged with reckless driving, driving with a suspended license, and failure to maintain control of a vehicle.  Link back to original story on WAVY TV10 News website.
